Pls i have some questions, can i use evaporated milk only? If not, how many grams of Powdered mill should i dilute to get the right amount of milk to make the cups of milk i need?
Secondly, can i pour the batter into silicone mould to make cup cakes pls?
Kindly note that i have never tried baking before hence my questions, i look forward to a response from you.

I actually used evaporated milk so yes you can 👍. If you want to dilute powdered milk with water just let it not be too watery. If the silicon mound can be used in an oven why not cause I have seen silicon baking pans before ❤️
