I absolutely love when VaazkL shares a bit of personal info. Like bit by bit I get to meet more of the non-monotonous voice that I almost everyday hear for 30 minutes reciting a collection of funny images. R. I. P. your collection of legos and not eating Wendy's ever. Both things that I absolutely relate to.
rt, if my mother gave away/threw out my legos id SOB (i am a 20y.o. man, but part of the lego is the Black Pearl set that took me ages ó.ò). part of the reason i initially decided my fiancee would be a decent long-term girlfriend was because the first thing she showed me in her room was a complete lego Star Destroyer. pretty sure thats when i fell in love lmfao
They missed out on the city/town rugs with endless roads, super green grass, police stations, hospitals, etc. where you developed an entire cinematic universe with other toys you had. I have one in my basement but it's not the same one and it looks cheap and its small, but I used to have one and I absolutely loved it. I miss it.
I LOVED THOSE, remember weeble wobbles? they were like eggs that came back up everytime you tried to keep them laying there, they were kinda creepy too-
The costume at 7:56 is Wilson from Home Improvement. Tim Taylor’s (played by Tim Allen) Neighbor. The joke was throughout the show we never saw the bottom half of his face. Great show. Also, thanks for the videos!
I remember playing it on Windows Vista. I actually forgot about the game until a meme back in 2020 unlocked my memories. I would also play Chuzzle. Man, to play those games again once I get the chance.
Remember when in those earlier grades, we didn’t have that big test at the end of the year to make sure we learned something, like, I learned more stuff in 1st grade then in high school 😂
5:40 Ohhh my gosh, I used to freaking LOVE Beverly Hills Chihuahua! I’d watch those along with Pup Star every morning at breakfast with my Cocoa Puffs and chocy milk like a girl boss, singing every song as they came on 💜 Good times…
No joke I was literally just thinking the other day about how that medicine tasted so good and how ill never get it through a syringe again because im not a little kid anymore
The Very Hungry Caterpillar is a classic! I never owned a copy myself, but I gave it as a gift to my cousin's two year old for Christmas last year and she still loves it! I'm in my thirties and this brought back so many memories lol.
it's scary to think that a lot of these memes like, 20 years into the future will be like "so glad i grew up with tiktok and not (insert futuristic social media show toy whatever here)" people will be nostalgic for tiktok and fortnite dances and crap
7:24 bring so many memories, all i know is that when ever i turned that game on I would not think for hours, trying to get all the cake combinations and making someone mad at me, it was so much fun.Bye.
Piggies (because when my oldest was a toddler, her hair wasn't long enough for a ponytail so I gave her pigtails. Thusly, they became known as "piggies." Scrunchies are scrunchies though.) Uhhh I'd have to go back to see the pic but probably also water bottle. Chips, yeah Freeze n squeezes (because you freeze, then squeeze...my husband calls them icy pops because he's weird)
You have no idea the joy you just brought me. I looked for the game with the cakes for ages. I had a vivid memory of it a while ago and just couldn't find it. Holy shit, I can't believe thats the game. I used to play it at my neighbours house for hours. We were there so much and it was a distinct part of my childhood.
10:36 still sell those btw, they are amazing, and I kind of got to experience most of the stuff from the 90's and 2000's even though I was born 2010, mainly because of my family, I loved those things that you flipped inside out and they would pop back up, I miss mine so much, it was orange.
I just finished working at Spirit Halloween and I can also confirm that it went into a location that contained a store prominent in my childhood...a blockbuster XD
10:14 Wasn't an eraser, but a pen from grade 10. Someone asked for a pen, I had a spare so I gave them it, they returned it with the clip snapped off. I've never liked them since. My distaste for them worsened when I brought out my mono-lens glasses (like X-Men's Cyclops) on a sport day because I liked them, some other people consensually tried them and returned them, but this same kid refused to give them back until the frame snapped. They were like $5 for 2 pairs from my trip to China in grade 8, but... I'd rather get sucker-punched than have someone slap food out of my hand.
Zach, if you're reading this, just know that if you did this now I'd sue (yeah it's stupid even for a small-claims court but because I can't replace them without buying a plane ticket to go back to China to go to that random store that probably doesn't have the money to run a website with shipping, those $5 glasses are worth much more even without the sentimental value).
I'm not even that old but Purble Place was my childhood. Whenever we didn't have wifi I'd end up playing it. I forgot the name of it until this video but I freaking loved that game as a kid.

Those are the best parts of the videos, they show us that’s he’s a lot more than just a guy that reads memes for youtube

MY GOSH I had completely forgotten about this.
i didnt have that, but i had the Little People town set, and the middle was a road that would spin around if u pushed a button-

10:12 oh I know that movie, I can practically hear Celine Dions song just by this pic alone. The James Cameron Titanic movie
I had a dream about eating one of those magnet toys, and have never bought one since. Tasted like a metallic macadamia nut.
Huh?
Remember climbing up stairs like a dog?
I still do, I’m not ashamed, I will never walk up the stair on 2 legs;
1:56 Fun fact: The password is 1127
yes i did the math too
7:27 gave me the hardest flashback of my life.
25:09 dude, just dance, I remember we borrowed it from the library for the wii, and me and my siblings playing it
3:30 AW was a big part of my childhood as well, good to see that scene.
I just spend half an hour in the good old days, thank you for that.
3:02 i am 16 and i remember this! Because i got a really old grey box tv for my room and it was the greatest thing ever.
I'm 15, and same dude!
The teacher at 2:00 is a menace, I love it >:D
15:13 OMG, THOSE FRUITS ARE SO DAMN NOSTALGIC🤣🤣
23:30 My dad always just had a little handheld Yahtzee on the back of the toilet to play, and now I don't even know if that game exists anymore
It does! I played just earlier today!
I rewatched Ninjago recently and I actually cried from both happiness and from the nostalgia.
Since when is Ninjago something you can watch? Smh
I was born in "2000 something" this is beyond relatable. sometimes I swear we all lived the same childhood.
I was born before 2010 (I’m under 18) and I relate to so many of these mememories (my parents dispise the internet )

i think growing up is just gaining awareness of the VERY specific things we all did as children
Nah that mrs spiders tea party brought back so much fucking nostalgic memories😂. Fuck man how long has it been.

1:36 I do both. i literally took a bite of of the dirt the other day. It actually wasn't that bad.
That thumbnail is too relatable
7:32 the nostalagia hitted harder than my dad belt
2:16 we almost had a concert with these recorders, İ hated their sound cuz people always make it sound like a screech jumpscare
I was born duing the late 80s and grew up during the 90s and 2000s, im British but still had those things 90s kid 2000s teen
The other thing I've noticed that persists even now is that one preteen girl narrating toy adverts that was permanently shouting
I’m not from the 90s but I remember having that oversized tv and it reminds me of cooking shows

I think everyone in their child hood drew a blue line in the sky to represent the sky so the stick people are easier to see

Ah, yes the childhood playgrounds where the weak were purged and only the strong prevailed.
