Honestly though these vape flavors and marketing have been going on since way before juul and haven't been targeting kids in the slightest. The problem is how convenient and simple to use juuls are which caused them to blow up in the teenage community, and people blamed it on the flavors. Ultimately they weren't marketing to kids since they did nothing different than all the pre-existing companies, their product was just too revolutionary in the vaping world, causing it to go mainstream in teenage culture.
This might not be scripted, would make sense if it was sort of improv.
