You need to dump a gallon of maple syrup on your board and cut the chives in the syrup. They won’t blow away. So. Get learnt.

Professional grade non stick pan is really tough and can withstand metal utensils. Though they can cost up to 500USD, and maybe more. The pan he's using in the video is probably from ScanPan.
