She managed to get her visa to come to the UK (UK is very strict on their visas) but she managed to get here (this year 2022) stayed in London for a few days in May. It was amazing to see her again. Miss her a lot.

With all due respect, Christine did not apply for the visa. You do not get emails of rejection for the UK Consulate, you can get a message to pick up your passport and then one will know what if your visa status is approved or not

He is not financially stable that’s why it’s declined. UK embassy is really tough in Philippines they will not approved it right away if they knew you can’t provide the needs of your partner. Cause your wife can’t work for few months.

It depends on how the kid's parents have UK citizenship. I have UK citizenship but was born in another country (lived there for years and have a British parent). I can only pass on UK citizenship to children born in the UK, if they're born in another country they would have no right to citizenship.

So I immigrated to the UK from American once me and my husband (British) found out I was pregnant. Firstly if you are pregnant with a British citizens child the UK will “fast track” your visa to ensure your child is born on UK soil. I took me 6 months to have full residency within the country. It’s a huge red flag that this took them 2 years. The other massive red flag is that the immigration process seems one sided. Why hasn’t he gotten any emails or calls from them embassy? Immigration is a legal process for both parties especially when there is a child involved. It sounds like he doesn’t even have a lawyer working on all of this. As someone who has gone through this exact process with a child I can tell you for a fact this is fishy and unfortunately he is being scammed.

I have UK citizenship but was born in another country (lived there for years and have a British parent). I can only pass on UK citizenship to children born in the UK, if they're born in another country they would have no right to citizenship.

How stupid this guy can be? He has a child with her, so normally this kid should have his name,right? They can come to the UK very easy by family reunification. So I immigrated to the UK from American once me and my husband (British) found out I was pregnant. Firstly if you are pregnant with a British citizens child the UK will “fast track” your visa to ensure your child is born on UK soil. I took me 6 months to have full residency within the country. It’s a huge red flag that this took them 2 years. The other massive red flag is that the immigration process seems one sided. Why hasn’t he gotten any emails or calls from them embassy? Immigration is a legal process for both parties especially when there is a child involved. It sounds like he doesn’t even have a lawyer working on all of this. As someone who has gone through this exact process with a child I can tell you for a fact this is fishy and unfortunately he is being scammed.
