GRAAAAAAAAAAAAANT. Thank you for your Time. I got off my ass 1 week ago after 1 and half year of being unemployed "trying" business half arsed. I've just signed an employment contract for working in Sales, and I don't give a shit what people might think about from now on. I will get ATTENTION, beat Obscurity and nail it. I Thank you again - your'e ideas will put more happiness into my home and family than all the complacent BS I've let myself beleive and act on in the past. Thank You.

Mr. Grant Cardone, I sincerely thank you for the tips you offered which has help me land a new and better job! I watched this video before the day of a group interview, right before bed time and then the next morning in the gym. The main things I used were the "what can you offer as a future employee" and I threw in the word "Revenue" towards the end. As a side note, a coworker I dislike actually applied and was in the group interview, he actually said we worked together and tried to download talk me in front of the recruiters, but I remained focused. Later that day, I heard he got a rejection email, and the next day I was offered the job! oh and lastly we had a 30 sec elevator speech and they never asked us about, but I was ready thanks to you!
Landed my dream job (twice) after watching and reading and listening to you! Grant, you are the MAN! Thanks for telling it like it is, no sugar coating, no BS just straight up hustle!

Totally changed my whole view on employment! I just turned 18 years old and have always been thinking there are less opportunities for me because of my age and education but after this video im convinced otherwise. Going to wake up early like you said and get myself the job i dream of tomorrow.
AWESOME video grant, i came across this video a night before my interview and totally NAILED the interview the next day and got offered the job on the SPOT!!! I wrote down all the points you told and included the "REVENUE" and just killed it!! Thumbs UP man!! thanks!
I saw this video about a year and a half ago. Less that 3 days after, I got a job in the industry I've been trying to break into for bye past 6 years. This is gold. May god bless your soul GC!
After watching this video and a few others, Grant is a true inspiration in the fact he helped "wake" me up from corporate zombie land. Thanks to this video and a few others, I now have the confidence to go pursue and conquer insurance sales. Believe me, the way he explains his mindset makes it easy to see the light. I had my first interview and she had to talk herself out of hiring me over the phone!!! I backed off only because I was receiving another email invite for ANOTHER interview. I'm finishing up Sell or Be Sold and soon to be arriving at my doorstep is the newest Be Obsessed or Be Average....Thank you Grant, YOU da man!!!
Energy, Effort, Persistence and Tenacity. Those are excellent quailties. 2 tip is a perfect suggestion for people who are thinking about working for themselves. You have to work harder for yourself than you did for the old job. I really liked this video. Thanks Grant.
Thanks for wonderful tip, After watching this beautiful tips, I got interview call next day and I have joined the company after two months of job search after shifting from China to Singapore
I have to thank you Grant. You were right. I watched this video after being unemployed for the greater part of this year. I was depressed and downtrodden on my life situation. I stumbled upon this video randomly and it changed my view completely. The next day I had an interview and got hired on the spot. I hyped myself up on the drive there with some hip hop then I walked into the place and sold myself like I was the most positive person they would ever see. It worked. I will definitely buy your book. Some people don't like/agree with your style, but let me tell you I have been awoken. I'm going to hustle to the moon and beyond, and your words were the liftoff jet fuel. Thanks again.
This isnt how to get a dream job you will enjoy, this is how you will get any old job that may or may not lead you to a dream job. You need to go after what you want, confidence and persistance is key. As soon as you settle, you actually harm your self-worth and train your subconscious to believe that you dont have enough value. Network and surround yourself with people who hold positions you want. Emulate them. You become the 5 ppl you most surround yourself with, so keep that in mind.
Yes, I speak from experience. Once you're in a job, you become complacent. You're just glad to have a paycheck. Soon, you lose the energy & motivation, even forgetting what the original goal was. Not literally forgetting, but our minds become too focused on the current job that we lose sight of what we truly want. Not following your dreams & disregarding your intuition leaves a heavy weight on the mind & heart. You keep telling yourself, "I'll quit as soon as I save X amount of dollars or reach X position in the company". But it becomes a trap, b/c the money never feels like it's enough & the position puts too much responsibility or guilt to leave. It's something to think about.
YourMajesty143 Did you stop listening? Did you miss the last like four tips? All you have to do is see it to completion. If you get complacent and give up it's your own fault, and if you can't change your attitude to be more positive and actually prepare to sell yourself to a company you choose to target it's because you've given up. You can't just settle- but the fact is that finding the perfect job will require some sacrifice, including financial, that is most likely to happen when properly funded. Leaving the job force for more than a short period of time can seriously impact
***** I watched the whole video. It's not about being complacent by choice. There aren't enough hours in the day to work just any job & go after your dreams simultaneously. Pursuing a dream is a full-time job all by itself. It can take a toll on you if you put that on an already full plate.. It then becomes a matter of convenience to just hold off on pursuing your dreams so as to not hinder the energy & focus away from succeeding at your current job. I felt that this video was focused mostly on showing you how to take anything you can get & be happy that you're at least making money. However, a secure job & a dream job are two different things. And so my issue isn't so much the video, as it is the misleading title.
Definitely..its a ok video until he starts telling you to surpess ambition and settle for a hanky dank job..when in fact its harder to connect with ppl who are where u wanna be because they would underestimate your ability because of what you settled for..
Found this 72 hours ago, went to an interview 48 houra ago, just got a call, ...they ask me if i can take a language assement test for my native language, thankyou Uncle G!!
Don't let randoms in the comments sway the message of this video. Grant Cardone is renowned internationally and extraordinarily. Take his advice. You're Amazing. Now go and sell yourself.
Been unemployed for a couple of months now... but when I watched this video last month, I got more creative and persistent on my job search, and guess what? I'm starting my internship this Tuesday, how crazy is that? Thank you Grant for drilling some sense into my head lol
So yeah I watched this and decided to give it a try. Well all I can say is within 4 hours of watching the video I was lined up with an interview. Not saying its perfect but hell if it didn't give me the tools to get a job at least it gave the motivation.
Grant! THIS IS THE BEST ADVICE I'VE EVER HEARD not only for the person seeking employment but for people who have positions in companies and think they are irreplaceable! You always have to be 10X. I'm new to your teachings and I'm totally pumped with what I'm learning from you. I'm sharing your content with all my friends, family and anyone who listens but mostly, I've found my confidence and I have you to thank! I'm starting a new business and reaching out to corporations and individuals in the industry I'm in is very competitive. Even with my unique experience and public exposure, it's still a challenge. My goal is to have a new position by the end of the week! You're help has been invaluable! Thank yu, Grant!!
Enjoyed your extraordinary energy and tips! You gave some awesome recommendations. The most compelling for me was the questions to ask and the reminder that 'it's a sales presentation' not an interview. Great reminder! You are right on!
This is very inspirational. I have been anxious about an interview I will have in a couple of days for a company and position that will improve my and my family's lives exponentially for the better. I am now 100% confident that this job is already mine. Thank you for posting this, it was exactly what I needed to hear.

Hey Grant I watched this video about a week ago and after I watched it I put out some resumes out on Craig's List and got some pretty postive repsonses. I had 3 job offers in the first week and decided to take the one that didn't pay real well but my hours are 1-8pm. So obviously having mornings free I can continue to intervew for jobs I really want. Just taking the job, and starting, I feel like a worthy person again. My confidence is back and I know that other job is right around the corner. Just wanted to say thanks for you help and also would like to know which of your sales materials I should get started with first. I have a long ways to go to be at your level. Thanks in advance for the recommendations. Jay Speck
I went into an interview for a material science position, literally painted them a picture, and got hired for a position in their graphic design department. Thanks, I guess...
Grant Cardone, your video clip is so motivating and more importantly genuine - it feels like I am listening to someone who has been through and knows how tough it is outside. I managed to secure 2 job interviews this Tuesday and will sure make use of the tips u gave. Please wish me well as I have been jobless for 2 months after being terminated. Much appreciated.
Listening to this makes me feel like im going to perform in a circus with a smiley face mask. Still, got the the message. Let shine like a diamond XD No no, I get it, good tips.
I love this! Great advice. Take action, prepare, train, connect, talk, move, do. Nothing ever happened lying on the lounge. You do have to get out and take action. It will lead you somewhere, which will lead you somewhere else and so on.
For the past few weeks COVID-19 outbreak has stopped me from working all thanks to Mr Carlos now I have a passive way to earn legit cash working from home I make about $15,000 weekly, I’m so happy I can’t keep it a secret. I’m not an expert in forex contact him @Carlos_1uptrades on Ig for help.
Thanks Grant. It's crazy in Africa...there are jobs but it goes to the bosses relatives..It's now 5 yrs and its heart breaking.Am qualified with a masters. HALLELUJAH. we're doing this grant!!!
One of the nicest video on TH-cam - This one is gonna spread like hell. It has got everything that every single person would like to watch !! Even though they are not looking for a job. Awesome. Nice work Grant!
***** I don't think you get to be a doctor-which takes years of education-by reading 'The Secret'. I'll admit, it's an intriguing book, but learning chemistry and anatomy and microbiology etc., isn't going to happen by any 'laws of attraction' or focusing on drawing what you want to 'come to you'. it's going to take a commitment to hard work... and probably a lot of $$ to pay for the education.
So assuming i finally find the company CEO, how the hell does a socially awkward person like me talk to him like you do, i dont have this confidence i'll screw up ^^'
I am definetely using the questions "What attributes does the best worker in the department have? What do I need to do to be better than that?". That clearly shows enthusiasm and value!
I attended your seminar in Oklahoma "Close the Sale" a while back, and I got to THANK YOU. I showed up for work the next day and closed three deals back to back by using your advice. It's funny to me because i turned around and used the same advice to get a job later on...
I disagree with this guy. You can get unemployment that your employer paid into (instead of paying you) while you look for a job. It barely covers your basic necessities, but it doesn't prevent you from getting a job.
This is the one thing I disagree with in the video. Unemployment benefits exist so that tip #1, "take a job that is beneath you", is unnecessary. That way, you CAN afford the time for a focused job search into a position that matches your skills.
Daniel Eaton Jr Oh really have you every lived on a benefit??? If so you will know you cant afford to pay bills or eat on a benefit its either one or the other but not both!
Well, yes, I collected unemployment while looking for a job in 2004 for about 4 months. It helped me pay my rent. I did have savings, but could have ended up in a cbb. I had an interview nearly every day. You can't live on the "benefit". That is not the point. It's supposed to keep a person from ending up on the street while looking for a job. Unemployment is a tax that is paid into by your employer for you. If they didn't have to pay this tax, perhaps you would get paid more, but that's another argument.
You're such a helpful person! I've stopped listening to others. I've been looking for someone as inspirational, hopeful and brutally honest as you ever since, I've finally landed in the right channel. You're changing me! Thank you so much! I trust you. You're too authentic. You're a beautiful human being. ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for coming in my life, you feel so right to me.
Grant I just wanted to tell you that this worked. I've humbled myself and landed a job about a week ago. I've been unreasonable lately and accomplishing bug things. Thanks for all the good stuff you put out there for people like me. I just got your 10x rule book and I am excited as hell to get it started. BTW, welcome to Miami brotha!
Grant all these things you say are great...but when someone gets laid off unexpectedly and suddenly and have no savings and need to pay bills and feed their children...One can't just turn down unemployment...Unemployment barely pays and a lot of times has to be supplemented with food stamps and no, jobs just don't come around or happen the very next day...Unless the person has great connections or friends willing to hire them...So all though this may work for you...It doesn't work for millions of people...I'm a very Positive person...But my positive thinking and self can't manifest a job for someone I love or care about that is out of work...Even if they have a Bachelor's Degree and 30 years of business management experience! :))
Woahimdead07 yeah bro i thought the same thing.. i am 21, and in 1 year things WILL BE DIFFERENT for me. i see ppl say thee things in the comment and their reasons and excuses. maybe ill be back with ezcuses in a year on a youtube vid. we will see, but i wont. ill be too busy working a life i love
***** You are going no where with this attitude. You need the job, you are prepared to do everything for that job, you have a set of unique qualities. This means selling yourself. "Overselling" yourself does not exist, you achieve every goal you set yourself when you are in need.
This guy simply says the REAL truth. He does not tell you what you WANT to hear he tells you what you NEED to hear. No BS, no just walk into the interview like a nice little man with a neat resume... If you want that job you have to be hungry and go full 100%! If everyone in the US put this kind of effort in to their jobs and had this tremendous drive we would be out of a recession in 2 weeks!
The only thing I see is that those who wish to _"fuck the government"_ get *f***ed by the government* themselves Not that I like this fact with a government stronger than the will of the individuals free will, but this is the fact I currently see. You see it otherwise?
This got me HYPED! Starting from tomorrow, I'm going to apply for a job, using some of the methods he has mentioned. let's see how effective they are. I'm quite optimistic.
Thanks, Grant. One call, one meeting, now I am hired. I walked in the door noticed what they didn't have, told them I could help with that, asked them what they needed more than anything, told them I would take care of that, told them about my online marketing skills and would add those to my daily task to generate them more revenue and BOOM! I was able to ask for the pay I wanted.
Great video. I'd work for grant in a heartbeat. I've worked for myself for years and thought I'd never ever consider being employed. That was before I saw some of grants videos. So I think he is a great inspiration and gives great advice that really helps.
I would add to this not to feel complacent and relaxed where ever you wind up at. Always learn new skills and have a biz on the side. In my case, I started a copywriting business and am currently learning web development. In both cases, I learned just about everything I could from books or from online mentors. When you start pulling in some extra cash, you can then pay for better instruction and mentors and ramp it up. Never stop learning.
What I love about Grant is his always so positive and happy. People like him wouldnt be like this if they didnt go through real pain and suffering. After having a pretty depressing job searching experience with over 30 applications and 11 failed interviews this video you is all what I needed to keep going with a big smile on my face! I will get a job its just a matter of who will be the first to hire me!
Grant, this was a fantastic video to watch. You hit on so many GREAT points. I have forwarded your video to a few close friends that really need to hear this. I am very grateful to have watched this myself. Well said!!! Thanks again for someone that keeps it real and does it in such a way that it resonates with everyone. Loved your comment about unemployment. You have a great attitude about success. You have to go where the money swims I always say. Thanks again!
I'm inspired! I was considering buying some books on how to find a job, but he pretty much lays it out for free! Based on my own experience he's right on point! I still might get his "sell or be sold", I'm always looking for ways on how to present myself
”ありがとう!” from a senior high school student in Japan. Just used this video help build vocabulary for his TOEIC exam. Did a practice interview before and after watching this video. 10x better! Thanks *****
You Sir, are a dead set genius!! I had an interview this morning and I used some of your tips. It was by far the best interview I've ever had. I can't thank you enough!
Mr Cardone your principles are extremely sound, i particularly like your suggestion to spend more time in your new job "Finding a job" than in your old job.
# 5 is my favorite tip I have always believed that ....that pieces of paper never done me any justice when I have got past that step for some fluky reason Ive always got the job....Thanks for that re inforcement

Perhaps you should mention that to his brother in law who's been out of work for 20 years.
@@sirdog78 lol yes I was wondering why he hasn't offered him a job..
Been unemployed for a couple of months now... but when I watched this video last month, I got more creative and persistent on my job search, and guess what? I'm starting my internship this Tuesday, how crazy is that? Thank you Grant for drilling some sense into my head lol
Man.. you are really amazing..!! Awesome to see your videos.. Keep it up..
I hate motivators who say : just do it ..... finally I got the Motivator who tell me and show me , how to do it......I'm grateful
Thanks to this video I got a job, I got hired on the spot :)
+Grant Cardone What if you have not had a job in a long time?

***** Alright I'll try it.
***** I'll try it out man. I'll keep you updated on this thread.
I do all of this steps on my interview and I was able finally to get the job as a school cleaner. With confidence you can do anything.
I have a new Job now working for Walmart thank you so much for the advice.
JavierM08 hahaha love you for this comment.
😄 maybe if you up your game 10x you can work for the Home Depot like me!
Bravo! All best, you are the man !
Enjoyed your extraordinary energy and tips! You gave some awesome recommendations. The most compelling for me was the questions to ask and the reminder that 'it's a sales presentation' not an interview. Great reminder! You are right on!
Got the job! Great video. Thank you very much for posting it!
+Grant Cardone Thank you, I will!
I interested job in usa food factory
This is very inspirational. I have been anxious about an interview I will have in a couple of days for a company and position that will improve my and my family's lives exponentially for the better. I am now 100% confident that this job is already mine. Thank you for posting this, it was exactly what I needed to hear.
Thanks for the tips.

OMG. 13:30 had me rolling! This is outstanding information. I've been saying this for years but you say it way better and have a better sales smile.
Two words:

man man man u are amazing, the way u are talking, yur body language, yur face expression are literally killing to the listner
Jay Speck
Jason Speckert Get 'Sell or be Sold'
+Jason Speckert So, how did it go, brother?

TheMrKlassy how did it go?
Any tips on getting an interview?
I'm gonna nail this next interview thanks to you Grant.
I appreciate you taking the time to make this video.
I went into an interview for a material science position, literally painted them a picture, and got hired for a position in their graphic design department. Thanks, I guess...
This is one of my favorite videos
The best video I've ever watched
Okay so it worked for me i looked for a job updating my cv searching day and night and tomorrow i have an interview for my dream job in media
Media? That's a bullshit industry used for brain washing
I used almost all the tips in this video and I got a job on the spot. My sales pitch was on point! Hell yeah!
Tip #13 - Start your own business
I love this! Great advice. Take action, prepare, train, connect, talk, move, do. Nothing ever happened lying on the lounge. You do have to get out and take action. It will lead you somewhere, which will lead you somewhere else and so on.
Great tips but I got my dream job through craigslist lol
Lucky you

good video, hello from Ukraine, i Subscribed
One of the nicest video on TH-cam - This one is gonna spread like hell. It has got everything that every single person would like to watch !! Even though they are not looking for a job. Awesome. Nice work Grant!
Every person on planet Earth should have 2 watch this. GC is the man that can change your life for the better.
I want to be a doctor. In 36 hours. That is impressive. :)
U could do that actually.. start by reading 'The Secret'.
The Secret?
A self-help book written by Rhonda Byrne, Google it :-/.
***** the Secret, is just a rip off one of the chapters in "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill.
***** I don't think you get to be a doctor-which takes years of education-by reading 'The Secret'. I'll admit, it's an intriguing book, but learning chemistry and anatomy and microbiology etc., isn't going to happen by any 'laws of attraction' or focusing on drawing what you want to 'come to you'. it's going to take a commitment to hard work... and probably a lot of $$ to pay for the education.
man, this man right here became my new example in life, that attitude I need to bring in my portfolio !
Damn! this video just wasted 25 minutes off my current job.. WHICH IS FINDING A NEW JOB!!! :P
The greatest video ever for job seekers. Had nothing but great jobs since i watched this 7 years ago. THANK YOU GRANT
So assuming i finally find the company CEO, how the hell does a socially awkward person like me talk to him like you do, i dont have this confidence i'll screw up ^^'
That's the problem, this advice won't work for everyone..
stop being akward then
@@classicartfoundation639 they work 100%
I am definetely using the questions "What attributes does the best worker in the department have? What do I need to do to be better than that?". That clearly shows enthusiasm and value!
Worth spending 25 minutes on.

Why don't you give your brother in law a job?
Thank you sir Grant Cardone for this motivation...i look forward to a great job interview...Thank you so much...God bless sir
you could have motivated your brother in law for getting a job.
hahaha!
With the hours he was putting in, working for himself, looking for a job? He's not batman!
Every time I need a job, I rewatch this video, and get above results.
Grant's new job should be learning how to properly pronounce, "literally". Hint, it's not "Littery". :o)
He seems to stumble on ' important' too...' impartent'?
Thank you for all those constructive tips Mr Gardon. I am a 25 year old guy looking for a job.
OK...so I have to be a good BS artist.
It's not BS if it's true. Lying between your teeth and selling yourself is a BIIIIIG difference.
alex thorstad Overselling yourself is BS.
***** only if you believe that you have no value.
Joshua Baxter Overselling yourself doesn't mean you have NO value. Idiot
If everyone in the US put this kind of effort in to their jobs and had this tremendous drive we would be out of a recession in 2 weeks!
he gives you 12 tips, I will give you 1 become a Slave.
LOOOOL fuck the government !
The only thing I see is that those who wish to _"fuck the government"_ get *f***ed by the government* themselves Not that I like this fact with a government stronger than the will of the individuals free will, but this is the fact I currently see. You see it otherwise?
I went from front desk to a broker for business loans because of this information. Thanks Grant it really helped me grow.
WOW!! i could feel it thru the computer!! I had to step back for a second from the energy. Thank you for shaking some sense into me .
Getting ready for a sales interview tomorrow morning and watching you man. You are my idol! Keep it up GC!
I'm inspired! I was considering buying some books on how to find a job, but he pretty much lays it out for free! Based on my own experience he's right on point! I still might get his "sell or be sold", I'm always looking for ways on how to present myself
Loved it!!! Today I have an interview with the right people, I just had to see the video again!!! I ROCK!!!!! :D
