Technically dnd is a branch of table top gaming, but many systems you could get just as crazy/chaotic ^^. I'm hoping Matt and the group use the current lore to break from DnD and go into their own world that is theirs. Wizard of the Coast and Hasbros do not deserve their borderline monopoly and deserves to sink into oblivion.

Honestly I wrote out a whole rant in anger, but that wasn't fair and I don't want to be a jerk. I'm a long term nerd who plays several systems of pen and paper rpg, larps both Festival and parlour style and understands that there are a bunch of systems out there just as fun as dnd. I guess I got angry because tone is hard to convey through text.
I share your anger at hasbro and wizards of the coast as they are actively ruining the most mainstream entry for new players into the games I love.
