I tried this recipe, and I must say it is very understanding video! Everything was going well until baking. That is when disaster struck. At 2 minutes of baking my cake aggressively detonated and cracked open oven window. The explosion sent flying parts of hot dough all across the kitchen, and the rest of the cake that managed to stay in the oven spontaneously ignited and almost burned my oven to the ground. But besides that, this is wonderful recipe! I do recommend, 10/10

Whip cream taste good after adding sugar, put 1 tablespoon of gelatin and coffee instead of 1 teaspoon so they don’t mix well it looks the moose was mixture of coffee gelatin, and whip cream. It was a disaster. Please correct in your video the amount of coffee and gelatin. too little whip cream to be whipped with the machine. It was everywhere. so hard to clean.

No need to bake. Just keep it in fridge. Not in freezer.😊
