Go to the "Printer Settings" option. 2. Select "Advanced settings". 3. Go to "Networking >> IPv4 Configuration". 4. Set an fixed IP without configuring the gateway option (this must be keep empty). In short, this is the definitive way that will prevent any attempt by the printer to connect to the Internet.

did you install the software on printer? then check the settings on your printer make sure all update and check all yes then you can download my software just read the description all my software its work

not your connection the problem i think is your sittings in your printer make sure all sitting are set up all
