Hello Sir, my grandfather was working as an Internal Audit & Taxation Officer and he retired in 2017. After my Grandfathers death, we found a mistake in my Grandmother's name when we applied for family pension. The name written in the PPO is Abc but the real name is xyz.
In all other documents like aadhar card,pan card , I'd card , passport name is correct.
Is it possible to get family pension according to rules sir? Has there been an announcement about this problem?
We are in a lot of trouble right now so please let us know.

Sir, I have served my services in Central Government department from 24/10/1987 to 22/12/1999. During this service period I had applied for higher post in another department in Central Government (through proper channel). Subsequently, I got selected in that department and serving this department from 23/12/1999 till date and will retire on 31/01/2028. Now, Am I eligible for the minimum pension of my earlier service which is more than 12 years?
