This is the final episode #3 of the LLA EPS Series.
The PF Death & Disablement Benefit is a scheme provided by the Employees' Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) in India. It offers financial assistance to the family members of an employee in the event of the employee's death or disability. Maine job 30th June ko left Kiya tha Meri service history 3 years ki hai, but unfortunately 😭mere employer ne 01 September ko re-join kar Diya aur same day me exit kar diya, ab Maine Paisa Sara transfer bhi kar diya apne naye account me lekin same day joining & exit hone se claim reject ho raha aur pension claim bhi nahi ho payega short service ke Karan, aage ab Kya Kare sir, please tell me sir🙏

Thanks for the complex information in simple form, sir my father service period between 2001-2012(12years of service) pensionable salary ₹.2700/- if I apply now at the age of 56 years for pension he'll get minimum pension of ₹.1000/- or not, my doubt is his service period total before 2014 so please clarify if you have any information, once again thank you sir

Hello LLA, This was the good info abt the pension. I had one Q, where you had mentioned that Widow will be eligible to get 50% family pension after death of Member. Does It applicable for Banks too. as recently I had applied a family pension for my mom in UBI bank we got shocked after seeing the figure of the pension where Bank has provided only 15% of the last drawn basics as a family pension. Can you please provide some more insight on this Pension. I had followed and asked many bankers and could not get any satisfactory answers.

When I logged in unified member portal then show there for adding ur members for nominee. I used to skeep evertime due to non awareness.

My father died at age of 78 in year 2016 and was getting pension around Rs 24000. When I informed bank and PPC by submitting death certificate the after death widow pension became less than 50% Rs 9,113 pm in year 2016. Right now the pension is Rs 15,995. Kindly let me know is it the right pension rate. My father worked in Nirmal Bhawan as draftman of small scale industries.

Do we know how the widow pension is calculated in situations widow is employed and working. PF department requests a certificate that the widow is unemployed to start the pension. If the service length is higher than 10 years and the widow is employed in that case can the EPS contribution of the member be withdrawn? Nomination is present.

This is to understand the clause regarding eligibility of pension for my paternal aunt.
She lost her husband as a government teacher and got the appointment as a teacher on her husbands position. She is also retired and taking the pension.
My question is that - Is she eligible to take her husbands pension as well while taking her own now?

How disability is defined. If an employee is told to resigned on the basis of epilepsy (due to head injury on duty) than is it considered as disability.
Family Pension under Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC)
To help family live a life of dignity and maintain a good standard of living, benefit of ESIC pension scheme for employment related death cases is being extended to even those who have died due to Covid. Dependent family members of such persons will be entitled to the benefit of pension equivalent to 90% of average daily wage drawn by the worker as per the existing norms. This benefit will be available retrospectively with effect from 24.03.2020 and for all such cases till 24.03.2022.

Mr. X appointed in ABC Ltd but we have added him as member wrongly in another company XYZ Ltd. How to rectify this mistake?
Need your help please tell, the platform I use name groww app has credited 1 ITC share in my brothers account without his consent, when he asked they mailed him we have credited it for free to selected users. But the click is, ITC is the one which I was telling him to buy, but he didnt so how come the groww app knows about what share should is he talking about & why they gave him that perticular share? It shows sign of spying, they are using his account without his own consent. Can he complaint about it in SEBI?

My father, Banka Singh was retired from ARMY. He died on 15 June 2020 He took a personal loan from the bank in 2018. If I went to the bank to get a pension in the name of my mother Ramkali Devi, then the bank accoutant should tell that first deposit the remaining loan amount, then the pension will be operational. Even after the pension is closed, I am paying the loan installment. I say that with the introduction of pension, deduct the installment from the same, but he is not starting the pension.

Hello sir, this query is out of the box , if a person make his life insurance with two insurer; and each death claims are 10lakh , how they both insurer pay to the insuree ,
1) Pension form maiye nomination dala hai but pension bank account maiye nominee nahi hai
2)Pension form maiye big brother ka nomination chalta hai kya
3) pension account aur pension bank account ka nominee same chahiye kya
