Oh the heat has arrived. Consider looking for an outdoor 'water mister' hose attachment that would cool down an outdoor seating area - as long as your water is safe. Only needs to be used when you need a cooldown 🥵
Great video and I am sure you are very tired after such a lot of hard work in the summer sun. Looking forward to the cherry video and yes, go mad plant lots of pumpkin, they’ll be great in salads, soup, and are a gorgeous winter veg. Thanks for sharing. Pauline
Yes, yes, do some more pumpkin planting, you do have the place and the leaves will also cover the ground. If you have to mush, you can trade them with your neighbours for something else.
You are very hardworking! The property looks very good! A lot of work to keep it like this. I can't work much longer in this heat. Only possible in the morning and evening hours. I tried the cardboard method once. It's not a good solution for me. It rots too quickly. And all the pioneer weeds grow through again after one winter. I shoveled all my raised beds empty and built a sieve to rid the soil of the weed roots. Terrible stuff. I have 2 larger beds directly in the clay soil. Bought hundreds of gallons of soil to make it more fertile and softer. This is the first year that everything I have planted is growing very well. I have been clearing the beds of weeds for 4 years. After the fire last year, my raised beds were destroyed anyway, so this year I started with a new concept. I put landscape fabric in the beds. This is to prevent the grass from growing back into the beds. The roots sit in the heavy clay soil. No more compromises! I'm in battle mode!
That’s a lot of work! Well done. I think one of our beds we may need to use fabric for a little while to kill off the grass as we didn’t really know what we were doing and didn’t mulch properly.
@@TheSunnySaudadeProjectI agree Charlotte. It’s finally past the awkward stage and into the cool ringlet stage. Besides, if he gets to hot he can put in a bun! 😅
Just read and article that claimed snipping off the very tips of seeds like melons and squash increases germination time. To hot here in Florida to start those right now but will try it next year.
Have you tried to go Gluten-free for your skin? I stopped gluten for my non-celiac digestive issues, and my scalp issues greatly improved. I currently do eat small amounts of gluten now, as I can tolerate it, but much regular bread/rolls/pizza causes stomach problems and skin issues for me. 💕
Who stepped on a nail? Go get a Tetanus shot ASAP! Do not put it off until tomorrow! Most adults cannot remember when they had their last tetanus shot so that means you need a booster.

You guys are hard workers today so Carlos are you ready for a haircut ? LOL ❤
Nooooo I want him to keep it 😅😂
He has great hair. He also really suits it when he has a top knot. He wouldn't look like Carlos if he had it cut.

I am mostly fuelled by pasta and cheese 😅 I don’t think I could give it up 😂
@@TheSunnySaudadeProject 💖😅I hear you! I am blessed to have a large variety of GF pasta in my market. Some better than others.
