Hermosa canción, muy hermosa, conocí África yendo a Mozambique..y me enamoré de la música...y Kyaku Kyadaff es uno de los que llevo siempre conmigo.. .thanks a lot for this video... also for at last found a translation for these small parts of this song that have been undescovered for me until now...thanks again
This is amazing. I first heard Kyaku Kyadaff on cable TV some years back and I've since been hooked to his music especially Entre Sete Sete E Rosa. As a Nigerian I had no clue about the lyrics and Portuguese language but I loved the rhythm. Thank you so much for this great work of translation.
Thanks Tania, you do an amazing job! I have one question though. At 10:25 you say that probably the best to get Angolans starting to dance is with Retrozouk, Konpa or 80s Kizomba. Does this apply in the same way to young Angolans, like between 20-30 years old?
Great question, if they love dancing most likely yes, because they learn from home listening with parents etc, if not really much of a dancer means they are generation tarraxinha meaning they developed the taste when starting to go out as teens, at that time those clubs play more Afrohouse, kuduro and tarraxinha... hope this helps
