That last guy, those kinds of injuries happen all the time to dudes cycling gear. Their strength goes through the roof and their muscles grow, but none of there tendons and ligaments grow at that same pace. Thats why injuries like that occur more times than not with people runnig gear.

    • @melodi996

Makes sense! My first thought after reading your comment is that places of muscle-bone connection are facing local bone growth with the increase of muscle mass to fortify that connection, and steroids don't help with that, bone can take years to grow enough, and we talk here about something no human can gain naturally.

@@Natorom exactly, my gym was pretty old and before it was updated the squat rack had safeties that were built with to set to a certain height so you couldn’t adjust it. the golden rule is make sure you communicate with the spotter what you are anticipating and what you want. when people want a spot for a quick set of 8 and then ask for a spot again but attempt to PR and now want an unrack and rerack assist... and for a squat you better tell em how you're anticipating bailing or getting an assist. if they don't understand, still on you to change the situation or spotter.

I'm a Christian who only follows the Bible. (No churches). And "the Rapture" has been worried about for 50+ years. The Bible says we won't know when it happens. But signs that the end times are coming will be:
(One of which are) when men become women. LoL!! ✅️
