He's not more well-known because he chooses not to be. He prefers small labels to big labels, where he has more creative control, and he actually LIKES playing small venues. He's happy doing what he's doing and it keeps his music true to who he is.

@keepon9 check out lucero, they play a nice kinda dirty southern rock sound, some acoustic, some more rock sounding, but a really great band.
