@Some Guy no maybe not when you really made it you buy what you like or what you truely love its not important how old it is because you have enough mony to upgrade and maintain an older boat.
I'm an Entrepreneur with a few multiple streams of income and grindingly vigorously and intentionally towards my very own Black Excellence Journey , which actually concerning my acquisitions of a few Billionaire's toys as in My very first superyacht + private , midsize jet with 2 pilots & chef & Flight Attendant as well . And also , My Executive VIP chopper . Fleet of luxury cars concerning a couple of the Italian supercars as in Bugatti , etc . !
This by far is the best boat I have ever seen. I've been looking at every utube video imagining that I've won the big lottery. If I won the big one, this is the one I'd get. Thanks for the video.
C Johnson yea that’s true haha but there are actually a lot of larger yachts which will just anchor somewhere close to a shore not bothering with all the difficulties docking especially if it’s a place with a nice shore and you don’t want to restrict yourself to a huge ugly harbor I would probably compare it to camping where I would only park my caravan in a dedicated place if it was necessary for water/electricity/camping EDIT: yes a lottery winning would probably be spent better much better elsewhere :)
OMG & tastefully opulent comes to mind. I love Abeking & Rasmussen’s philosophy regarding subsequent builds. I’m a big fan of common sense & good logic with a practical mindset.
We have Trends and Classics this one is neither it feels like one of those who is a piece of art Extraordinary and Exclusive, in that air of awe the interior cary to your soul it feels like the exterior isn't up to match it all the way, maybe a paint would help it a little on the way, but guess that it would not be a big problem if you have some years of life experience and know your own priorities more than being a slave to fast passing trends of beauty ideals.
What a magnificent vessel! The owner of this opulent motorized water palace is truly a winner in the game of life. Spectacular design and craftsmanship by the builder, they may not be the best but there is definitely nobody better.

This is visually the most spectacular design built boat I truly have ever seen. And I am a perfectionist . With all the mega yachts out on the seas to this day, finally I see one which is extremely well proportioned aesthetically speaking. On the exterior profile, all windows are perfectly in size relation to the whole structure. The two oval windows on either side of the ship near the bow , are esquisitely stationed at stratigically the right place. Personally , those two oval windows are what makes the boat so excitingly beautiful. They are perfect in size and are designed perfectly in relation to the overall design. I really appreciate how the name of the vessel is displayed on the back of the boat with the word of " lady " being smaller to that of the name Sheridan. Very nicely done ! The interior is so rich in design and layout with terrific traffic flow for the accommodation of the many guest to be on board. Truly a magnificent and beautiful boat to view, admire and enjoy. Job well done to all who worked constructing this ship. It would be such an honor to be able to see this yacht in person. Thank you.
Hi Ken. An absolutely superb video which I watch and dream about, and to relax after a stressful days work, every single day. I love this video of Lady Sheridan. I love her attractive exterior design and profile (she doesn't look old or dated); and even more so her interior designs, decor and furnishings. They are all a true piece of beautiful art, thanks to the amazing designs of Mr. Donald Starkey. What makes Lady Sheridan even much better for a new buyer is that the yacht has only the one previous owner, the same Captain Keith Moore, chef and two engineers since new. A massive, massive bonus. Although a little or somewhat smaller and older (2007) than newer, larger and much more expensive vessels, Lady Sheridan seems to have totally everything in design, decor, furnishings, colour contrasts etc. She is truly a very beautiful and attractive yacht, and very much a piece of true art inside and out. The newer, larger and far more expensive yachts (of what I have viewed) are just too modern in interior design, too white and too clinical - unlike the beautiful rich woods and contrasting colours of Lady Sheridan's interior. About the interiors: I couldn't agree more, both about unappealing newer boats and the forever appeal of Lady Sheridan's interiors. So much luxurious comfort in addition to extraordinary beauty and elegance. Superb.
Fantastic woods and stones used throughout and very pretty cabins. I was surprised a yacht this size doesn't have an elevator which doesn't really take up much space.
A very classy and well-done video. Those interiors are stunning! As are the various layouts. If I were looking to charter something of this size, I'd certainly be looking into the Lady Sheridan.
The Engineers and Captain stand out most to me. Their commitment is astounding. And I would be honored to have a drink with them. I am a trade craftsman, and by no means could attain the wealth to afford her. But She is the one, as long as the engineers and captain stay with her. I am sold.
I really do like the aft portion of the ship as it provides for easy access. While helping to prevent people coming onboard that you would prefer not to have. Most ship designs seem to allow easy access to anyone.
I have looked at a lot of boats but this ship is the most fabulous piece of art that I have ever seen the only thing missing is an elevator . great job
2:38 The salmon and white piping fabric is gorgeous. A nice change form the typical nautical white and blue or blue and white. While my personal preference is for more 'woody' classic interiors, this vessel is well thought out and is absolutely stunning. I'd cruise on this in a heartbeat. I'd crew on this in a heartbeat, too!
Hi Tom, thank you for your feedback. To answer your question, it's mainly because the price is sure to change at some point. We don't want to mention price in the video because it could be significantly lower a few months later... At the time this video was shot, she was asking 42 million.
42 Million? I know that to many this is going to sound strange, but for an Abeking & Rasmussen of this size, that's almost a bargain! With all honesty, I can't say that I enjoyed every choice for the interior decor, but the layout is what I'd call luxuriously practical and she appears to be impeccably maintained. I would have liked to have seen more of the lazarette and galley, but otherwise a splendid video. Thank you for sharing.

good question. elevators are nice features but actually do take up a lot of space and require a lot of weight etc.
