Ive done 2 of these on my own 2010 crv. I believe the compressor by location is in a bad spot and heat eats them up internally. Rest of the system is fine. The first unit was the cheapest remain i could find and got 5 years out of it. This time i put a denso in there (box still said Made in China).
Awesome we'll detailed video bro.Loved the how u started the video with stating to evacuate the freon first and that's done with a ac machine unit! Ac system has to be completely empty to avoid high pressure freon spraying out and possibly in your eyes or skin and also environment.
Question, i want to go to a shop to get the refrigerant flushed properly, then replace the compressor myself. If i do that will i be able to recharge the refrigerant using those R134 injector bottles from auto zone, or will i need to take it back to a shop because the compressor wont turn on because pressure is too low so there wont be any ciculation in the system?? I dont know if my hunch is right or not...
@@MrRangerZr1 did you notice any difference between the denso and the OEM Sanden in load on the engine at idle or clutch engagement noise? I've got a reman Honda OEM/Sanden the shop wants to try replacing again with same due to it putting a lot of load on the engine at idle causing vibration. Clutch is LOUD but I think it always was. Just curious is Denso is any better.
