Great video, man, very informative. I have some noises coming from my engine. From what I saw in other videos, it might be the clutch in the AC compressor. I hope that's not the case, but if it is, your video is going to guide me through the process. Thanks again.
Dude, I love this video. Hilarious. Thank you! I think I am going to buy a Honda clutch/pulley and attempt this due to your video. They send new shims so I think it will be good. My 07’s ac is working but it’s making a clicking sound regularly. Sounds like an issue with the clutch being worn down. Thoughts?
Hey my friend, we use a program called shop key and Mitchell on demand. Basically these are programs that are geared towards the automotive industry. They are subscription raised services that provide this type of repair information. But they're not always right so I always recommend double checking with the dealership to ensure you're getting the correct spec.
Tips: before do the job, check if the compressor clutch shaft is straight without wiggling. second, this is only for original Honda Denso Compressor. if you have a aftermarket, it is not work.
Nice seeing someone fix something instead of replacing the entire unit.

Where do you all the specs from? Like for the shims and the torques? Do you just google them? Manufacturers handbooks?
