In US, GRE can play a key role in this. Also note that GPA from all universities are not comparable. But most admission committees have some idea about the better universities and their Gpa.
@@Drganguli I think sir all these things are true for USA only. Europe seems to be extremely unpredictable. The motivated and highly qualified students are only selected.
