I subbed and liked but am curious about all this weight you are adding. Why does the back 50" bar do? The frame only needs to be stiff from rear suspension forward. Plus rear bumper and rear body mounts will have that not moving anywhere. Are you using a stock gas tank and spare tire well?
@jeffchan9176 I added that bar because i actually now have to notch the frame more for my wheels. And i wont have a mounted rear bumper that will attach to the frame it will be a fiberglass roll pan that mounts to the body
@@bon3zperformance367 You should mention that in your video. Hate to see someone install the bar then find out the fuel tank, spare tire well will not fit.
I had 1.5 ton jack and like 6 jack stands. If i had to do it over i would have had 3 ton jacks and like 8 jack stands. If made it easier when i did the same thing recently

That rear brace is nice but I cant do it because Im still running a stock style gas tank.
I actually cut it out myself. Because my parachute mounts to the frame to serve the same purpose.
Great Job Bro….
Appreciate it.💯
How did you get your frame safely in the garage? Because that is the problem I am trying to figure out after mines come from powder coating?

@@nitomeanboyGBODY no i bought some tubing from s&w race cars. Only the bar that has the anti roll bar came from trick chassis
@@bon3zperformance367 ok gotcha.. I assumed I would have to put source for my other bracing. But ur visuals helped a ton.. big thanks 💪🏼

Nice work. What are your goals for this car , is it going to be a drag car , street car just wondering
Im making this a big rim race car for the track. I will be building a different one for street.
What kind of welder are you using
Yeswelder mig 250ds.
Where did you find bars to use
@@montecarlo6.0turbo trick chassis but i had to get new long bars because the el camino is longer also ekrracing has them
Where is the gas tank going to be relocated?
I have removed that bar but the car will run a fuel cell not original gas tank as it will be a drag and drive with rear mounted radiator
