Dorothy Wainwright was one of the best characters in the series. It was a shame there were not more episodes with her. She was the only straight talker in the show....... that cute little overbite of hers only added to the way she spoke. My favorite part of "The Smoker Screen" was when Sir Humphrey Appleby said that since smokers die younger, they save the treasury a fortune in pensions and social security.
