We just had our Practical Completion Inspection also known as PCI this is your opportunity to inspect your house thoroughly and check for defects if theres any. In this video, ill share with you our experience during inspection and what will happen next.

Happy for you guys at nice to hear minor lang yong drama sa house ninyo at ang pinaka maganda happy kayo sa new house na pinatayo ninyo at lalo na good na may sarili kayong inspector for security na ok ang pag ka build ng house ninyo, at last maka tulog na kayo ng mahimbing at happy lunchtime also.

Me too! Kailangan pa nilang ayusin yung mga may blue tape. We will wait for the date of the handover, pag binigay na nila yung susi sa amin 😊
The house is now complete dear, i love the laminate flooring. Can't wait to see the empty house tour. Congratulations once again, thanks for taking us on the building journey. Time has gone so fast it was just the other day you began with foundation.

Did they build your house in 15 weeks?
Hi! Yes in 15 weeks the house is built. I would say its 98% done. Only the driveway is missing and minor things that needs to be fix found during the inspection. In 18 weeks we had the handover and ready to move in! 😊
