Is he doing the same work of driving a truck or just an unloading by this mini machine? Is it like he is doing both ir just a Specific job? What is specific role of this person?

Yes he unloads the trailer and uses the forklift which you must be certified to use one and average forklift operator salary In California is about 20$ an hour an up.
