Vegeta's speech would be way more impactful without cool chill out slow synth rock n roll in the background. He's losing his shit with how pissed he is, it's not supposed to sound cool, it's supposed to sound intense, scary but empathizable. Soundtrack just makes him sound like a bad boy.
