Foster was hella good for Davison tho. He just didn’t get a chance to show off his talent in MSU
This season is gonna fun af! We're going to see a different brand of ball from Painter. Heide is excited to be able to get more floor time and show he's a baller that floats and flies!
We dont know the schedule or make up of other teams yet, so prognosticating is a little pointless, but we will definitely be more dynamic.

"not crying ourselves fo sleep over losing Morton and Gillis" is an understatement lol. Especially for Morton. He never belonged in the power leagues. That was clear from his sophomore year. Gillis was very good duding regular seasons but would disappear and play scared in March. We will miss Edey a lot, but i love what we return snd have coming in, in Catchings and Harris especially, and eventually Jacobsen will be very good. Im skeptical on Cox snd we will see on Benter. The 6'9" forward whose name i cant remember looks very good too.

Definitely a potential final four team. If Alabama and nc state could get to it then this past year then this Purdue team can definitely get there.

I am not an IU fan. My favorite program is the consensus third greatest program of all time and holds the record for most Final Fours at 21 and has more National Titles rhan Indiana.

2024-25 will be an acclimation year for the freshman and a solid but not great year for Purdue. Top 20 team- sweet 16. 2025-26 will be a title contending team.
They can still be a contender to win a big ten championship though. Having an all-American caliber PG, and then returning 3 starters and 2 key role players to a team that made the national final… still incredible experience that is coming back
2025 2026 would be final four Indianapolis! Bring ‘em home

In all honesty I don’t get all the hype Surrounding this Purdue team next year. Sure you have a good recruiting class but not one to really compare on a national level. And the amount this team benefitted for having Edey is being underestimated. The only reason Purdue lost games this year is because teams were able to isolate the Gaurds which will happen alot next year without Edey. TKR is good but not dominate he isn’t that big and can easily be guarded in a 1v1 situation without need to double team. Not to mention the lack of leadership for next year with having almost all of your older players leaving, who is to run the show? If you trust Loyer and Smith the create by themselves then you don’t know their game, who is the X factor or the person going to be creating plays?
Your first sentence was already incorrect. Kanon Catchings is that level of player.
Collin; pessimism is easy. Berg and TKR will be the best frontline in the BIG. Braden Smith will be the best PG in the country. Smith and Loyer and Heide will be the best backcourt in the BIG. Throw in Catchings, Colvin Harris and Furst and we will have the deepest team going. Just remember Chicken Little was sure the sky was falling.

@@danfromqueens659 2. I'm not sure why that's relevant though. Painter has the program in a place it hasn't been in pretty much my entire life. It's consistent and he's getting the recruits he wants. He's proven he can get there now, I believe he has at least 1 more in him.
