Major in whatever you will do best in and have the most interest in. Main advantage of choosing a science major is that you won't have to take as many classes to fulfill your prereqs.

I really want to study there but fee are the barriers for me . I have also very good academic background i have 93%plus marks in my intermediate grade . Depends on if you're Asian or not. This guy likely had stellar stats to get a full ride in Cali. If you're a URM, you can easily get such scholarships with subpar stats. But if you're Asian, it's highly unlikely

Florida Life for the scholarships I discussed above its usually part of the application already. Each varies though so need to do your research first

These are scholarships are internal from the school themself and usually are not displayed on public sites
