Don't have a lot of decorative paper?? Anyone else get back into arts and crafts during the adult coloring craze?? All those colored pages you have in a drawer or cupboard are great for making journal cards, tags, little notebooks etc. You can cut them in strips for page trim or make bookmarks, the list goes on!! Best part is it costs nothing as you already had the colored pages, and no one else will have pages the same!! Plus it uses those colored pages you didn't know what to do with!!

The shorthand page brings back lots of memories for me. I worked as a secretary for 36 years and took down many pages of shorthand. Wish I had some of the pages now for my junk journals. As always love your videos and watch every single one. Keep up the good work, Pam! ❤

I knew there was a reason I like staying up late.... I get the videos quicker!! FYI although you probably already know the french letter with the black boarder is indicating a death. When they used to send a letter to inform someone of the death of a friend or family member they would boarder the letter and often the envelope in black. If you listen to old songs from a century ago some mention a letter "trimmed in black".

Hi Pam and Sunny! I collect postage stamps. I had not seen a "Last Day" of service stamped envelope. There are all sorts of First Day covers, the first day a postage stamp was cancelled on an envelope. I googled, and you were right! It is about the last day a post office was in service!
'The final day of the sale of a stamp, a postal rate, post office operation or similar occurrence. A cover cancelled on this day is referred to as a last day cover.'
It basically is for stamp collectors. Who knows? it might be worth something.😀

FYI: It is quite possible that the paper with the black border signifies that the French letter writer or his/her family is in mourning.
