The best tip I've received for fussy cutting is from Noit Berkovich at Noitart. Use curved fingernail scissors. They make all the difference in the world and really helps my fussy cutting. This turned out surprisingly better than I thought! I was saying, “ oh no, Pam the page flipped, you’re not doing the book-page. Pam! You’re painting the back of the page you did not want to paint!” I would be nervous about painting in my book and making it a hot mess. But not you! You show us how it is done. At the end, when you pulled back to reveal your artwork...” dare I say... juxtaposed?” to the neurographic doodle with the birds! BEAUTIFUL! THE ENTIRE PAGE WAS SO WONDERFUL. Thanks for keeping me company as I crochet and coffee, on this dreary, cold wet, East Texas morning!

Pam, I was watching a video from a few months ago I had missed, and heard you say the phrase "there's a thousand ways to slice a cat"... LOL, not sure if it's a Canadian thing, OR as your mother was Hungarian and my Dad was from Germany but he would always say "there's more than one way to skin a cat" I too am from Canada and you are the first person other than myself and my Dad I've heard use a similar phrase!!
Ahhh filigree! I had been trying to think of a word to describe a look i was interested in… Filigree, thats the word. You always say the right things. ❤
