❤the stamping tool book u used. Enjoyed the video. The ideas u show cutting out from the books was great. I like the way you show and share how to do things.
Love these. The paper that you mounted them onto looks great! I’m sure you must know that the special kraftstock paper you used is usually sanded to get the Kraft paper distress look. I was surprised that you didn’t sand any of them. It’s a great saturated paper in any case. Beautiful creations! 🤗🇨🇦🤗
Very interesting. Learnt loads. I'm in process of making my 1st journal / diary. Although mine is to document my granddaughter's journey through nursery. The principle is the same, I now need to look at children's books in charity shops lol
When you take a sharpie and color one of the 'lines' on your scoreboard you can see if your line is straight and you dont have te take the last line of your scoreboard. Love everything you make! Thank you ❤
If you take the shiny pages and sand them a little bit with sandpaper and then paint some coffee stain or use a little oxide on them, they look antique or vintage. 😊 great finds!
Thanks for sharing, Tracie! I have recollections cardstock I need to burn through. These will be perfect! I'm about to strip out a book for a cover so have a ton of pages I also want to use up instead of adding to the stock! Creative Blessings!
These are great, I have one floral book like that, I always fussy cut mine…lol need to learn to save time this is a great mass make idea for them. Tyfs me xo
Thank you so much for showing how to get the pages out in full pages. I found I have two books of great images. I’m so happy. Also thank you for the hearts. Hearts have been a favorite for many many years. When I quilted, hearts were often my theme. ❤
Thank you so much (And Cory)! I love this so much I’m saving it to my Pockets TH-cam folder! As always 🤗Hugs, 💖Love, and🦋 Butterfly Blessings sent your way.🤗💖🦋
This is a great upcycle video Tracie and perfectly times as I am planning to pull a few books apart this week. Your ideas are always the best. Thanks~Patti
I'm so excited! I'm new to junk journaling, and I picked up Culpeper's Herbal for £0.50, but had been struggling to figure out what to do with it. Thank you for helping me get past my idea paralysis!
I have that “dogs” book.😊 Love the pockets & tags. I don’t have a flower book as nice as yours, but I have one with lots of birds that will work perfectly. Thanks for the ideas.
These turned out so lovely. I believe I have an herbal book that has similar layout and this is so helpful for how to use it. Blessings and hugs from New Mexico

These are lovely!!! My second hand stores in the US don’t have such wonderful finds.
Nor in New Zealand. I wish we did ! We have under 200 years of history. That’s why I love the UK so much
@@pamolds8597 I get jealous sometimes when I watch they have such lovely things over there in the UK. We mostly have clothes in ours.
