12:36 - Now that you've broken your idea down it becomes easier to see where your riskiest part is. Not sure - looking at that canvas - that I could determine what the riskiest part is. I mean for me when I look at this, the riskiest part might be the one time 2500 fee for a "gym but for online" -where your customer base has no experience of online collaboration - which you are going to solve online?
