After 7 mins of talking trash then u get to the topic in the caption 🙄
Joe tried to say abused like “glorilla” lol
The abuse was a cover-up, the lawyer helped create this story. They killed for the money and she defended them for the money
Eh no it wasnt lyle told one of His Cousins about the abuse when he was a kid and Eric wrote a letter to his cousin about the abuse there is a reason there whole Family is behind them
It was not a cover up. They have multiple witnesses who testified that the brothers told them they were being SA by their dad.
it wasn't a cover up you dork, also one of the members of the group Menudo was SA'd by their father.

Looking at Ice super sideways right now.
Me too
Rose killed her mom as she was getting abused, they did it a decade later
They didn’t do it a decade later. Their father molested one of the brothers like a week before the murders.
Wrong. The father SA'd the older one from the ages of 6-8 and then moved on to the younger one and was still SA'ing him up until the murders. They'd gone to the mom first and she was like "yeah, I'm not dumb, I know what's been going on, what of it?" The boys thought there was no relief or escape. So that's likely why they killed them both. Had they gone to anyone else, they might have gotten help but their minds were screwed up from years of physical and SA abuse
@@pjl3909 6 and 8? And what age did he kill him?
@@RickymfPCan you not read? The younger brother was still being SA at 18 which is why he begged his brother for help and they killed their parents 5 days later. The abuse was still ongoing and was going to continue.

they did burglaries before the homicides of their family how do anybody think just because you had any type of abuse as a kid day you should deserve to come home who shot the Dad 6 times close range and then the mom 8 times and then you said it was a mafia hit
are you 10? please stay in school man, I am rooting for you.
the narrative of them being abused for years and then the letter appears years later does change everything about the trial. i think a retrial should be granted. without the narrative and the letter they are just a two terrible people who killed their parents which is believable, but with the letter, they are abused people who killed their abusers which is also believable.
They are lost. They are up here saying it'd ok to murder your parents and defend this. Sad world we live in. Let them be a different race. Would yall on this panel even say what yall saying no. I had a parent murdered and no matter what, I wish for justice no matter what you think happened to him.
You need a psyche evaluation
They’re ricans… they just look white. Regardless, they shot the mom. & went through 10million In a 6 months, THEN started feeling bad.
What would the person in the blue have done if his own father, not only made him get on his knees, but swallow too?
I wish Marcellus Williams had another chance but y’all don’t care and that’s why he’s gone
Alright imma watch the rest of this shit
It was like 8mos before they did the crime
No Mel, we don’t all have a different idea. This was first-degree murder through one through, and they got life in prison, which they deserved. They literally confessed to the crime to the therapist, and never mentioned abuse. They were never abused.
How do you know…
most sexual abuse victims need a long time to even start talking about their trauma. some are never ready. it's also a reason why the majority of sexual abuse is not reported to police. talking about it is a very traumatic and humiliating process, not to mention how often victims are not believed. especially if the victims are males (it was the 80s too). their mother clearly knew what was going on and ignored it. if their own mother didn't do anything, why would they trust to tell anyone else. the rumours about their father's interest in younger boys had been around even at that time and now some of his proteges came out to say he was abusing them too. a rich music producer who has many young artists under his wing abusing them? happens so often that I see no reason to not believe them
@@valeriyav2149 yeah well most people don’t confess to first-degree murder before they confess to being molested you airhead.

Ice must be talking about the monsters show and calling that a documentary because there is no way you watched the Menendez Brothers documentary on Netflix - or any of the trial footage or any of their previous documentaries/interviews -and are coming to the conclusion that you see first-degree murder. And if that’s the case, I’m scared as fuck of y’all.

@@Isaiahsenders1788Exactly. Only sociopaths would do that sort of thing. Complete nutcases those brothers. Dangerous. Keep them in jail.
A lot of ppl are basing the law on your personal feelings. The abuse was sad, but it was not an immediate threat. They were not in immediate danger at the time of the shooting. The law is clear. If a woman is in a DV situation and kills her mate but at the time is not in immediate danger, she’s going to jail as well. Regardless. At the end of the day, yall are justifying murder. And it’s a no.

These were grown men who set their parents up and murdered them. If they killed their parents because of years of abuse why did they try to cover the crime up? If the other brother didn’t babble they would’ve got off Scott free and these abuse stories would’ve never seen the light of day. Grown men, 18 and 21. They could’ve left like most young people do when in a house being molested
It wasnt because of the abuse did you even watch the the doc ? Also eric wasnt allowed to leave

If this was a self defense situation that would’ve been said instead of LYING about being at the theater and arrived to witness their parents shot to death and then LIED again and told police it could be the mafia.
When did the molestation and years of abuse and it was self defense *cue tears* boo hoo hoo daddy touched me come into play? After the younger brother confessed to the murder to his therapist. They had so much evidence against them they got a spin lawyer. Lyle got kicked out of school for……ready for it? PLAGIARISM!!!!! So he was already going down the wrong path.
The parents were ambushed and executed so how is that self defense? How did they fear for their life? Why did they stage the scene and lie to everyone until they got caught? Oh right because they were molested …….
They’re goin to free and even when they’re free they’re goin to continue to help others who were abused because those are the programs they set up in prison for others …even though they weren’t getting out they helped other people …and you’re talking about some nonsense …their parents are where they put themselves and the brothers are a light to this world and are still positive in the face of horrific atrocities
