Well done guys, Lorna you are beautiful inside and out. Eating disorders happen way earlier than 14 these days. It would be great if education and awareness could be brought to primary schools, not only secondary. I know children as young as 10-11 with ED trends. Well done and keep up the good work!

Lorna is an absolutely gorgeous looking girl she's the same age as me and I can relate to her sense of self consciousness I am very self conscious myself I suffer from anxiety and depression due to past trauma that I experienced as a kid but its so beneficial to hear the Two Norries talk about their experiences as well as Lorna your three absolute legends!

    Well done Lorna.
It's great you guys are providing a platform for healing here.
Also , I highly recommend Jerry Marzinski work here on TH-cam because he explains well where the negative and obsessive thoughts and thinking originates.
He originally worked with schizophrenic patients for years and expanded his work after retirement to help everyone.

Beautiful beautiful brave girl. Thank you for sharing your amazing story. James you are a tonic I do be in stitches at you but please can ye do a podcast about Timmy's meditation. How he got into it etc. He talks about it at every interview but it would be great to hear all his own stories on it. X

Great podcast, the mix of humour, honesty and raw emotions are what makes this show golden viewing and listening. I wonder if people really understand meditation, I think some think is airy fairy. I related with the 2 voices in your head being there and I think they are there for life, only difference is the adult voice has taken the lead. Well done again.

Brilliant pod cast ..not a subject I knew alot about ...3 Norries playing a blinder ....one take away we dont like the word diet these days ...I wonder do people also feel that way about the word Meditation...the phrase diet is being replaced by healthy eating ...
Meditation ...could that be replaced by another phrase to make people view it differently and take to it more given the benefits are superb...
