Original video was removed because of a lag issue. The website we used mixed it poorly so mixed it together myself manually Now you get the experience of how the conversation actually went. Thank you.

I feel humbled and delighted that you, James and Timmy, are enabling increasing numbers in our community to understand, at a deeper level, the cultural, social, political and family histories that affect our personal and community lives. Gabor Mate's conversation brought so many truths and learnings together... thanks for spearheading this communal conversation...It would be brilliant if all our Community Action and Services Projects came together to facilitate and empower in very practical ways, personal, social and political action for change...

Hi ya Timmy was lovely to meet you today ...Thank you so much for recommending Dr Gabor Mate podcast ...his book is on my list. Definitely the best explanation I have heard on addiction and great advice for families. I suppose some peoples traumas is more evident then others .Still struggling to understand how someone from a supported family and had a happy childhood life can end this way ...but i know as you have mentioned before that transition from primary school to secondary school can be quite traumatic for some children ...so i really think these years of childhood are hugely important and more care should be put into this schooling period. Brilliant podcast once again lads ..Huge respect 🙌

Absolutely amazing podcast Timmy and James. Have been a fan of Gabor Maté’s for several years. Incredible to hear you all talk about the shame endemic in our society causing trauma and addiction. We spoke about this ourselves. 😊 Coincidentally I read from ‘In The Realm of Hungry Ghosts’ on my show tonight.
Well done again the 2 of you. ❤️❤️

What an incredible interview, you guys rocked it 💥 Gabor for me was the missing piece in my recovery in life. Recovery is a whole web of looking at us as humans and honouring ourselves also , our trauma treated with the reverance and love it deserves. Forgiveness 🙏 brings grace 🌸
Blessings and love always to you both 💙🙏

@@maeve3386 Absolutely ! Thank you for reply to my comment . If I may suggest another book in the ethos of Gabor Mate it would be Johann Hari "Lost Connections". If on social media may I suggest a follow of @josh_ffw who is also a Gabor Mate influenced human with the most incredible capacity to effectively listen and engage . There is so much nutritious content creators out there . It's brilliant to see the enlightenment of consciousness and how we are wired effects our behaviours.

Can you share the youtube link he talked about that would be coming up soon? The documentary...... Also, I have to comment on Timmy's input in this podcast. I've seen Gabor interviewed many times but Timmy's questions were from his higher self and they were heart-centred and as a result we got to the core answers and maybe even the core unanswers of these events surrounding trauma.....so much to be resolved trauma here in Ireland, the weight of it is above ourselves...but also within ourselves....
