Chili mac, usually A good meal, regardless of year. Simple, yet filling and functional. Yours may show some age, LOL? Extra water never hurts FRH, despite instructions. Sometimes it helps. Salt, helps, if any hope at all. Meal looks good, just does show some age. Cool review. Glad you had some fun at least. Another cool piece of history. Peace, John. Glad you are feeling better stay safe out there and I think the package arrived the other day it’s from California so I’m sure it’s probably from you since I don’t know anyone that lives there my uncle moved to Phoenix from California a few years ago I haven’t gotten the package yet because my car battery is dead and I have to get another and I haven’t been to my mother’s house to get it and as usual the review was enjoyed 👍🏾

Ugh. Yeah, I just had a 2018 chili mac civilian MRE that smelled so disgusting that I stopped recording and threw it all away. 🤢🤮

I love those little ground red pepper pouches. I have yet to find any in the supermarket as hot as that stuff. Used to come with the chili w beans MRE

You only get around 5 years shelf life on MRE's? Unless they been frozen for all them years.
@AlanRitchie-wr1uz I've seen deteriorating starting usually around 9 years depending how theve been stored
