No other band on earth could come close to Queen LIVE . Queen has a massive discography. Takes quite a while to hear all their songs. Freddie is so awesome and I have never met a female who isn’t in love with him 🥰 Oh well 😓
A strength and conditioning coach who works with athletes and the military remarked how Freddie runs around, bends over backwards, belting out powerful notes…..because he has no shirt on the coach said that it’s remarkable how still his chest is…with all that singing and running;g around there is no heaving at all…Freddie was in great shape🤩
OMG!! LOVE THIS SONG, in my top 10 Queen songs for sure!! I play this song loud & often when I’m in my car with my 7 yr old granddaughter!! We saw Queen + Adam Lambert at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles where Brian, Roger, & Adam did an acoustic version first followed by the rockin’ banger version!! Sooo goood!! May I recommend FAT BOTTOMED GIRLS live in Milton Keynes 1992. 🍑
This is one of my favoirte Queen songs. Hot guitar and fun lyrics, written by Brain. Freddie always kills this one. Even John is dancing around with this one. One of the best live Queen performances is White Queen live at Odeon, Hammersmith 1975. It is mind blowing that it is live. Another great Queen song you should check out is March Of The Black Queen but do the studio version because it is a very complex song and cannot be performed live with just the four of them. There are live but they are just a tiny snippet of the song so really, just do the studio version.. It is early Queen and you really get a feel for Freddie's creative mind and if you really pay attention, you will hear how this really is the lead up song to Bohemian Rhapsody.
Thank you once again for another 1st rate reaction! May I pls request Only The Good Die Young which was recorded but Brian,Roger & John as a tribute to Freddie after his untimely passing. It’s beautiful & heartbreaking at the same time! Love from Oz! ❤️❤️
This is another song that I love. ❤️ actually I just love all other songs to be honest but for me I think it goes in like a specific order possibly but I just love Freddie Mercury and just the way he can entertain.entertain. I just remembered another artist Jimi Hendrix.
Queen has a treasure trove of amazing songs alot of people haven't heard cuz they didn't get any airplay. Check out their first and second albums, some of their best stuff!
I'm 67 and until 3 yrs ago there was a whole shit load of their songs I had never heard. I had their greatest hits albums but the best ones are the songs you didn't hear on the radio. The 74 at the Rainbow is a great concert to listen to
I'm having trouble keeping up with you on your Queen journey, but when you're ready there's " Bohemian Rhapsody " little sister, " March of the Black Queen " not live and you will need to pull up the lyrics. Promise to make you smile
So if I keep agreeing when someone recommends another song I'll never stop, so this is my blanket agreement. It doesn't matter what song, I always agree.
"Your mommy and your daddy Gonna plague me till I die They can't understand it I'm just a peace-loving guy" Mums in 1976 weren't keen on this one, lol!
Always great. Here's some info on Roger the drummer. Roger Meadows Taylor Early in his career was known as the 'famous singing drummer from Cornwall' Sings in high C falsetto, higher than Freddie. His tracks focus on rhythm more than melody. Loves to ride the backbeat, giving Queen a funky rock sound. In the mid eighties, he started his own band 'the Cross' for which he sings lead. Taylor Hawkins of Foo Fighters fame, wanted to be a drummer after seeing Queen live. Heaps to go, keep it up 👍
BTW Hon… I AGREE, this time period was Freddie in his prime. You HAVEN’T seen Freddie at his absolute PEAK yet, tho!!! Before you finish with your Queen rabbit hole, you HAVE to react to some numbers from the MILTON KEYNES “FIRE AT THE BOWL” concert in 1982… Any (or ALL) of these songs…. Medley: “Flash” (concert opener)/“The Hero”/“We Will Rock You” Fast Version (inc Freddie being completely UNSAFE on the scaffolding) “Fat Bottomed Girls” (This one includes Freddie POLE DANCING) “Action This Day” (A duet w drummer Roger Taylor & Freddie) “Staying Power” (Un-FREAKING-believable VOCALS) “Back Chat” (Guitarist Brian May’s synthesizer-groovy sound effects!) “Play The Game” (I call this one: “Freddie beating up his poor piano”😄) 🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶
First of all, if you want to catch up on all the great Queen songs, it’s going to take years. There’s a lot! 2 suggestions. 1 White Queen live at the Odeon Hammersmith 1975. A great instrumental part! 2 Fire up a fat ass blunt. When you’re nice and baked listen to the Prophet Song off the album A Night at the opera. Have fun with the rabbit hole! Long live Freddie Mercury🩷🩷🩷
HELL YEAH!! Back in the day when NIGHT AT THE OPERA first came out, we would seriously bake all day and jam all night on Queen albums... the first 4 are the best!! Oh the highlights of teenage fun... LEGENDS NEVER DIE...
You know, the Montreal concert is fine, but the audience sucked snot and audience reaction is a big thing ... and this was a 1000 times better at their Milton Keynes concert. And if you get around to doing Dragon Attack live, please, please, please, don't do the Montreal concert, do the Milton Keynes one.
It actually wasn't the audience fault. The director told them to stay low key. The band hated him. Particularly Freddie. That's why he wore those very short white shorts at the end of the concert. 😂

Hard not to be in love with Freddie hey ❤
Another track written by Sir Brian May, while he was studying for his PhD in Astrophysics.🎸

Another rocker by Brian. One of my favorites. When this came out I would crank it and sing it to my mom and little brother. 😂
Here another great queen live performance. Liar - live at the rainbow

Real music, I said REAL MUSIC!
"Your mommy and your daddy
Gonna plague me till I die
They can't understand it
I'm just a peace-loving guy"
Mums in 1976 weren't keen on this one, lol!
I think my favorite line is "take your little brother swimming with a brick!" 😝
Don't have a brother but that's funny as hell
Not sure if anybody else has seen Queen do "Hero" and the fast version of "We Will Rock You."" Check it out.
✅
Queen are the best. The lyrics are hilarious in this one. Try Dragon Attack ( live Montreal 1981). It’s so funky.
✅
Another great song 👍❤️

And Roger Taylors son Rufus is one hell of a drummer for The Darkness, following in his daddy's footsteps. Taylor Hawkins God son
@@Melissa02891 yeah! I saw Queen in 2014, part of the show was a drum duel between father and son! Awesome 👍

Tie your Mother Down was better at Wembley in 712/1986(Saturday night). They did 2 nights - Friday and Saturday.
And better at Milton Keynes.
Dragon Attack....Montreal

I WANT IT ALL. VIDEO. YOU CAN SEE FREDDIE IS SICK BUT GIVING IT HIS ALL AS USUAL. ENJOY
Roger got blown off his drum kit one time when some used to much explosive.

Se, you young guys missed a golden age of music. And if you are young and rap, well, you have very little idea what true music is. Sad really.
