While Charles and Caroline are visiting Walnut Grove, the townspeople learn that a land development tycoon has acquired title to all the land in Hero Township. They are inspired by Laura to vent their anger at this injustice.

Wonderful show that had meaningful messages and still holds up today, always had a great cast of actors, great job.
I loved it when they walked away as the group singing onward Christian soldiers my mother told me they were gonna do that before they started doing it. Thanks for everything mom!

C'était toute mon enfance en Algérie....je n'oublierai jamais la petite maison dans la prairie.......aujourd'hui j'ai 60 ans .....je la regarde toujours....Merci à Mickael london.....paix à ton âme.......❤
J'espère que bientôt ils vont nous remettre ce feuilleton, ont ne se lassent pas de le voir même si ça fait des années que je le regarde et je ne suis pas la seule, j'aimerais revoir les routes du paradis avec Charles et mr Édouard c'était un bon feuilleton aussi, tout deux réunis dans le feuilleton

Why did they blow everything to pieces? I still remember this episode as it came in 80's!
Michael Landon did not want any other series to be able to use the set. It was determined to blow up the buildings in order that the area in Simi Valley would go back to the way it was before the series began.
If I remember right, in the show, they lost their lands to greedy buyers. They destroyed the buildings in protest saying "you got the land, but not are homes."
Why didn't they show Mary, Carrie, Albert, Nellie Percival, Nancy, or Ms. Beatle in that episode, I have other favorites also that they didn't show.
The other actors and actresses were probably to busy or something to be in the final episode, But Nancy was there, She was in the crowd.
The main bully girl😅 sorry I forgot her name wanted a pay raise and the studio refused. Money and the other old actress had a drinking problem and needed a life change I th8s 8t was the bully mom.
