what is the normal drop from heel to toe in mm in table tennis shoes? the reason I am asking is that I am using a lightweight high performance running shoe with very little cushioning and it works fine in table tennis, except they are not optimal in grip and they have 6 mm drop from heel to the toeball.
Good Vid .... most are JUNK .... I Wouldnt buy 3 of Them ... i get 300hrs out a pair and they are Falling Apart .... 100$ for Junk i train 15/20hrs week .

You should get a shoe that has soft soles. Not hard. What shoe are you playing now.

We recommend for wood floor a shoe with a softer sole. As wood can be a little more slippery.
