You are Boss my friend. I was holding my breath for almost 7 minutes watching you clutch that trail. Nice work! I have never seen a Niner ridden so hard...you're toptube should say, "Brake, Damn It" :)
Undoubtedly the best POV downhill vid I have watched. Found it by accident, (TH-cam recommended) great job! Subscribed immediately. I haven't seen trails like this here in Australia, looks very unforgiving and you rode it hard. If we have them, I haven't found them yet. Brilliant Vid!
holy smokes. that was vid made my palms sweat. that is some fantastic riding. i'm looking at new bikes and came across a link to this video. this vid proves its all about the rider and not the bike. i went from 26 to 29 and back to 26. i'm looking at a new bike now, and might do the switch again. wow.
Hey Kyle - I need to follow-up on my comment on your WFO First Ride video. While that video didn't put the WFO9 through its paces, this video sure does. WELL DONE!!! Now, I just need to get the skill and cojones to ride this way!
Insane! I don't see to many videos of people going that fast on a trail that hair-raising and there you go doing it on a 29er. Good way to represent the big wheels.
It seems that a plus with 29er bikes is that because of the larger wheels they give the same ride quality of a 26 inch bike with more travel (e.g. an 80mm travel 29er being just as comfortable as a 120mm travel 26 inch bike) So even though this bike 'only' has 140mm of travel, do you feel that it has the same ride qualities on rough terrain as a 26 inch bike with 150-160mm of travel?
i love downhill but the bike are to heavy and my dad likes to go cross contry. i would like to buy a proper downhill bike but my dad said we should get the nine wfo. and i would like to know if the wfo is a good bike for downhill
This balls of steel video deserves 1,000,000 views. That was friggin' awesome.
Hats off to you "Mr. Trestle Killa".. You murdered that trail bro.. SICK RIDE!!

Awesome Riding! you really know how to carry your speed through corners.
Great example of rider skills vs. this or that bike / wheel size / geometry debate. Well done...

ever so slightly clipped tree between 2:17 and 2:19. Close call, that would have been an ugly spill
