    I just retired as a lead bldg engineer. It's fun to see others doing what I did "forever". Keep making videos for us to enjoy. Btw I appreciate how clean everything is. That was my pet peeve!

    Really enjoyed this video. I’ve been in facilities management for 20 years and always worked in medium to smaller buildings so it’s cool to see a larger build and see all the mechanical spaces that make it function.

      @@Building_Maintenance_Journey awesome thanks for watching the video. I have actually always wanted to venture out to facilities management someday. Yes our building is only 12 stories high but well manageable, built in 1988.

    It’s amazing how clean everything is in this building. All the mechanical rooms are immaculate and even the stairwell is beautifully painted awesome job.

      @@j.b9346 absolutely no problem,hope to share more about my current location. Sweet unfortunately where I work we don’t have a union. They tried it back in the 2000’s but failed.
