My single Art Deco nightstand gets a complete restoration and I miraculously find another one that is ALMOST a perfect match. Watch as I refinish the second nightstand to complement the first!

I couldn't believe my luck either, especially when the lady at first wanted $75 for it, then later decided to give it to me for free! It was bought by someone who needed two small nightstands because of size constraints in her bedroom. So everything came together!

I'm still waiting to have the perfect set come across my path. This one seemed to have your name on it from the start!! First you find available mcm, it's multiple pieces which almost never happens, the price is amazing, a second near match comes your way for free I might add, and a piece of missing veneer is found inside a drawer??!! Stop what your doing this minute and run and buy a lotto ticket!!! Seriously, this restoration was amazing!! However it made it's way to you, I'm glad it did!! 😀

Thanks, the 2 nightstands and the dresser with the mirror was sold to the same person. The tall boy was bought by someone else. Because I sold them separately I don't have a photo of them all refinished and together. But once I edit the footage from the other pieces I will upload them. 😁

I’m sure it wouldn’t work, but could you trade out the drawers so that each stand would have one of each drawer front? Perhaps the top drawer of one for the bottom drawer of the other? This is a beautiful set, and I can’t wait to see the entire set of dressers once you’ve refinished them all.
Not a bad idea! I never tried that. And the nightstands are in their new home! 😣 the other videos should be out next couple of months!
Did swapping drawers on the night stands give a more coordinated look? I wouldn't think so as the two burled drawers are bookended and splitting them might show as "upside down" on the second stand. But just curious if you tried it.
