Hi Nico 🤙 I'm Thijs Hanemaaijer from the Netherlands. I'm 15 years old and I surf since I was 6 and I really love the sport. The spots where you can find me are Brouwersdam for slalom and when the wind goes stronger then 22 knots you can find me on the sea at Hoek van Holland for a wave session. I'm training really hard for slalom and doing some slalom competitions. I think it's awesome to go surfing in Portugal and experience how the spot for PWA looks like. I've never been to Portugal and I'm so keen to go there with my wife who is also learning to windsurf (almost planning!). I love eco friendly places and it would be interesting to see what they do to reduce carbon footprint and obviously to try all of their gear on such a fantastic spot.
My father and I are really keen on windsurfing, but we seldom can go out because the nearest place to go windsurfing is about 3 hours from were we live, in addition he does have to work a lot during the year and he doesn't have much free time. That's why I think we would love to go in that amazing place, so that we can spend 4 days together doing what we love.
OMG what a place and environmentally friendly? what a dream! I think I deserve the trip and the stay in that amazing place because I have been working since the pandemic started in a grocery store as a essential worker and I don't even make a real living wage! Me and my family live in a tiny village in norway called Bygland. The conditions here are horrible. The wind is super unstable and gusty, but that doesn't stop us from going out on the water. That's why we call ourselves "the dustbusters." We have traveled to Rhodos a couple of times. Those trips are just the best! Unfortunately we can't go so often. A trip like this would mean the world to me, my dad and my brother!
I dont think i ‘should’ win but i know why and how much i would love to win such a trip. I have been craving to get out of a small lake with crappy wind, but it is the only place i feel safe to surf because of my poor sight. Slowly but surely i am getting blind, so i want to enjoy windsurfing as much as i possibly can! I truly love this sport and i think in this place there ‘s a lot of ways i can safely go surfing. Besides that, i love Portugal and who wouldnt? It looks like paradise!! A perfect get-away for me and my girlfried :-) good luck to everyone !

I have to say I don’t think you get enough credit and views for the work you do. I’m trying to start out with my own water sports channel and hoping to push the awesome sport that is windsurfing to a much larger audience. It would be great to win to be able to make more videos and try and build a channel on the water sports that I love. This would be a paradise trip for me in more ways than one. I'd love to get the chance to visit my roots in Portugal, be able to visit the ocean once again after so many years, and get an experience of a lifetime!
We were 3 cars with surfers who drove from Denmark to Viano do Castelo in 1993.....had 2 days of fog and no good wind. Would like to see it now :-). Cheers Torben, Denmark

I windsurfing since I was 7. 2006 I made my surf license at the Gardasee... 4 years in a row holiday in Riva was a good time to practice a lot... In best case I get the chance to learn weave riding... And make a drive with the wake board behind a boot.. We only have leverkusen Langenfeld with a nice track... Show us more videos as nice as this... Greets.

Rreally want to win this trip. I have been windsurfing between 2-3 days a week, almost the whole season. Did it with Oure boardingschool in Denmark. We only windsurfed in one spot, and I would love to try and windsurfe somewhere else, not just in denmark, but also I warmer weather. Planning on buying my own gear soon, but everything costs $$$.

Since I am 15 I cannot travel often. Windsurfing is my true passion and I love doing it. It is an amazing sport. I would love to go to FEELVIANA because it would be a great experience. last time i was surfing was in 2005 after 15 years...in 1987 i had a tiga powerjibe....i was one off the first guy's that was flooting above water..jumping and gype the shit out off that great board...i did that before i saw any one doing that...people always watching me those day's...even in 2005 people were watching..it was because me at 60kg gype a 7.7m sail...on a race board...still had it...wish i could surf one more time
Congrats on 20k subs. I would love to visit feelvianna. This year is my first full season windsurfing, and I completely fell in love with the sport. Sadly here in Bavaria I only get good wind every two to three weeks. That limits my time on the water and therefore limits me getting better. I would love to get out on the water and visit a country I‘ve never been to. Thank you for all the great content you provide and for atleast giving me a chance to win.

I just got back to windsurfing after several years of break a few weeks ago with some friends, and we're trying to get better at it! I just love the sport too much to stay away from it for a long time :D So this trip would be a great opportunity to get better!

I'm 50, recently restarted windsurfing after a 25 year break. Discovered that my body isn't the same as it once was but no pain no gain. My old harness causes my gut to squeeze into my lungs which stops me breathing properly. Anyway holiday would be nice to reshape myself and the family. I need a new harness as well, what is a good one?
I would love to go there with my family and let my little daughter continue to learn windsurfing - and I would shred the jp boards ;-) What a beautiful spot.

I would love to win the trip because i always wanted ti go windsurfing in such beautifull place but never had the money to go to such places. Feelviana looks perfectfor a fun trip for dindsurfing andmore fun things to do there.
I have never been to Feelviana and it has always been a dream of line. It's a spot with so many possibility's from wave tot slalom en even freestyle! I'd love to go and work on my freestyle and wave!! 🔥🌊

Since I am 15 I cannot travel often. Windsurfing is my true passion and I love doing it. It is an amazing sport. I would love to go to FEELVIANA because it would be a great experience. I don't live by the sea so I can only windsurf while the summer but I spend every day of it windsurfing Thank you!🤙😂

last time i was surfing was in 2005 after 15 years...in 1987 i had a tiga powerjibe....i was one off the first guy's that was flooting above water..jumping and gype the shit out off that great board...i did that before i saw any one doing that...people always watching me those day's...even in 2005 people were watching..it was because me at 60kg gype a 7.7m sail...on a race board...still had it...wish i could surf one more time

Congrats on 20k subs. I would love to visit feelvianna. This year is my first full season windsurfing, and I completely fell in love with the sport. Sadly here in Bavaria I only get good wind every two to three weeks. That limits my time on the water and therefore limits me getting better. I would love to get out on the water and visit a country I‘ve never been to. Thank you for all the great content you provide and for atleast giving me a chance to win.

Nico that place looks awesome for every kind of surfer there is, flat water, waves enough things to do when there is no wind. Even perfect for beginners I guess so you can bring your girlfriend with you on the water. No complaints about going again on the water on your holiday together, she can just join you!🙌

I just got back to windsurfing after several years of break a few weeks ago with some friends, and we're trying to get better at it! I just love the sport too much to stay away from it for a long time :D So this trip would be a great opportunity to get better!
Our 2020 windsurf trip with 2 other windsurfing buddies was canceled this year. So it would be a great opportunity if I get some free days and we will all pull in. Coming from South Africa 🇿🇦 and a 10 day trip is what we need. 😁😁

Portugal- Viana - I was there many years ago. Had great fun. What you forgot, it is a lovely town and I had over the street one of my best barbecue there. So I Must go back!

I'm 50, recently restarted windsurfing after a 25 year break. Discovered that my body isn't the same as it once was but no pain no gain. My old harness causes my gut to squeeze into my lungs which stops me breathing properly. Anyway holiday would be nice to reshape myself and the family. I need a new harness as well, what is a good one?
