Excellent advice! I had zero sound and no image in my screen. My issue was a little different however. It was the HDMI cable attached inside the cabinet. It was connected, but very loose. I had to unscrew the clamp holding down the cable, then pushed it in so it was more secure. Bam! That did the trick!
In case it helps anyone: For mine (Star Wars, March Best Buy run), it wasn't the loose pigtail wire, it was a black toggle switch on that same metal cover (on the right side around the 3 minute mark of Chuck's video) under the screen that I had to switch back to "On". I have no clue how this could have flipped to off overnight while the machine was off (power surge? it doesn't look like a switch that trips like a built in circuit breaker), but turning that switch back on worked. Symptoms were the same (blue screen on backbox, LCD didn't turn on).
Thanks for all the tips! I have the Star Wars and Marvel Pinball systems and both of them are not working. The small LED screen is blue but the big monitors are both out. I will check for the black switch, HDMI and ribbon cable. @@AllThingsCool

I thought that too. But the 720 actually doesn't look bad. I'll eventually mod it to a bigger 1080 ect., but it's pretty good. That AtGames cabinet just looks weird.
Thanks for the fix tip. Oh, do get hold of a power strip with surge protection. That pinball machine is a computer, and they are vulnerable to spikes, and brown-outs, too. Congrats on getting the problem sorted.
Had a similar issue. They sent me a new PCBA board but that didn't work. They asked me to remove a few wires, so I did and the sound and mini screen works fine but nothing else. So, they're now sending me a new LCD screen replacement.
Hey man, do you have any lines that appear running up and down the screen during play? I am getting a few of them and they look terrible. I need to know how to fix this.
Thanks for this video!! I just receive the Star Wars machine ( brand new ) for Christmas and having this issue, unfortunately it doesn’t look like it’s the wire :( but I seen a comment above about a switch so I’m currently looking for that haha

So good you found the problem. I have an issue with my scoreboard no longer working. Every time on start up it works fine and then after 2 min, it goes black and the lights behind the image above the scoreboard start flickering dark. Do you know what may be the issue?
Sorry not familiar with what could be causing this issue. Have you contacted 1 up about it from my experience they are pretty good with resolving these issues
