I would personally use Recuperation and Better Already on the legs because so Devour will give you 170 hps when picking an orb rather than 100 hps since it had gotten previously nerfed.
If you use a heal clip weapon with Wormhusk and Marksman's dodge you'll get 67 from worm husk and 60 from healclip for 127 hps. If you use powerful attraction 1/2 for 12.5/18.5 meters orb collection you can heal all of your hps with a dodge that will activate worm husk 67 + Recuperation 70 + Devour 100.

Focus on Mobility and if ur looking for a great early game build then use graveton forfait with travelers chosen at that point u can pick and choose whatever stats u like
