Holy poop, 💩. Thanks bro!! 👍. My 2003 Durango did the same thing, right after I replaced the driver's side valve cover gasket. I was completely flipping out!!! 😫. 😩. I thought I hooked something up wrong, or inadvertently, damaged something. What a relief. 😊
Im thinking its worth a try. Since the gauges are electronic and not mechanically connected to any component, this procedure is only meant to recalibrate the gauge ecm. The it's easy enough to do, so I'd say give it a try. My guess though, if you replaced the trans maybe the gauge isn't getting the speed signal because of a bad or missing connection at the trans itself not the gauges. Hope this helps.
What about No lights on dash climate panel on right. No taillights No parking lights. Will this correct it? Was driving home, my dashlights stopped working, climate panel lights on right shut off., and also both rear taillights Parking lights too. First thing checked was fuses there all good. Replaced rear taillight bulbs both sides. Maybe it would fix it, Nope. Still nothing. I looked on forums they all say either fuses are bad, Bulbs on dashpanel or bad wiring connections. Any help but very appreciated just got my truck beast😅 on the road pull out of storage👍
Sorry for the very late reply. Hopefully you've got it fixed by now. But another thing to check would be the BCM the body control module. It controls certain things likenyouve described. Hope this helps.
Thankyou very much brother for de help I owe you a cool beer, God bless you!!
Happy to help
Plain and simple.. right to the point, best of all, this worked! 👍

@@RobertLocke-wp2ru glad you got it sorted out.
Will this work if speedometer isn’t reading speed? Already changed out transmission and rear differential speed sensors.
