Veganism has a multitude of benefits, health, environmental, athletic, etc. Not to mention that we farm many more times the amount of crops to feed those animals people exploit, and raising them is hugely water intensive. I used to poopoo on Veganism a lot, make fun of people who were. I was a hard-headed US Marine. But I educated myself, and have been Vegan for 4 years. Feel great, never been sick, greatest shape of my life-wife and kids are reaping the same benefits. One of the best decisions I’ve/we’ve made. Check out any one of the many recent documentaries if you are willing to be a bit open-minded. Anyhow, wish ya the best my friend.
