As a youth I never ate candy, if I wanted a snack I would eat a Tomato or go out in our backyard and eat a ruby red grapefruit. My mom always cooked out of Cast iron pans and we always had more than one vegetable at dinner. I grew up fairly healthy eating lemons oranges grapefruit tomatoes onions it wasn't a terrible life. Now I'm almost 60 years old no one believes me because(they all tell me) my body looks like I'm maybe in my 40s. For my years I'm still very muscular my chest my arms lats, traps are still very defined compared to most of my friends..I'm not 100% that my diet has helped my along my way but it surely hasn't hurt either.😊

Dr. Price; I asked a question on another video of yours on what you ate on a daily basis to maintain your physique and your explanations are clear now. On another note, being a Chemist, would you also address the 'Blood Type Diet' and how we should eat accordingly. Years ago, I tried adopting the 'vegan' diet, remained hungry, suffering from my pre-disposed Diabetic issues, I began to look like a 'drug addict'. It just didn't work for me.
My daughter is a Vegan, has the perfect physique, well proportioned etc. When she tells people that she is a vegan, they can't believe it. It's obvious everything doesn't work for everyone.

I lived in Germany for 10 years, and it is pretty-much customary to eat your heaviest meal during lunchtime, with dinner typically being something much lighter. One of the companies that I worked for actually had a full-sized kitchen, and there would be German women in there putting their food for later into the oven at the start of the day. A lot of German people also take strolls after eating dinner. All of this is probably part of the key to their longevity, and fitness, because it’s nothing to see an “elderly” person on the bike trail blowing passed you on your own bike, as if you were standing still. 😂

Hi Doc.! I have only recently begun to eat a predominately plant based diet. I have an awesome doctor who advised that I begin to eat more fiber, as a result of having lab 🧪 results returned with a slight cholesterol increase.
Since October, 2022 I am still going strong with eating mostly fiber type foods. Such as: walnuts, pumpkin seeds, pecans, wild caught salmon, red snapper, trout. Bell peppers, garlic, onions, leeks, parsley, carrots, celery, various greens. Etc.
Like you I am doing the intermittent fasting. Mostly reduced to one meal a day. Though I will sometimes eat nuts and raisins, cheese and crackers before my daily meal. I also wait until noon to eat for the day, on most days. Or at the earliest about 10- 11AM. Beverages are green tea and lemon water. I am going to try ginger from listening to this video!
I feel great and it hasn’t even been a year yet! I crap regularly! I feel lighter and my energy levels have improved! I am 58-years old and believe if I keep doing what I am doing as a lifestyle nothing can stop me from having a healthy, long life span!

Can you cover frozen fruit/vegetables in one of your videos? A very scarce topic hard to find objective information on, especially from a live food perspective. It's a lot more cost-efficient way for many people to get their greens and fruit in, especially in northern countries. However, is it as good? What's your standpoint on their nutrition? Is the food still considered alive? Do they maintain alkaline state when frozen? Are they good for our digestive tract? Can we replace half of our fresh with frozen with similar effects? etc. etc.
