    Great story! I am a pharmacist with 90 units (12 million) real estate without any partners. 5 SFH, 2 apartment complexes, and 1 Mobile home park. I still work full time despite 5 million net worth. In the process of doing a BRRRR on a 20 unit apartment - bought for 350k, 120k rehab, ARV 700k. Making a video on it soon. Would love to be a guest if it adds value to your audience.

    This video was sooo impactful and honestly came at the right time for me. He is living the dream! I love his honesty though about him having to work 2 years straight, almost everyday to make this a reality. There is no short cut for hard work. But now he gets to go to work when he wants, no overtime and he found a new joy in his job, because he is financially free.

      Sounds like you guys need couple's therapy (I'm not kidding). Sometimes what you want in a marriage does not align with what your partner wants. And a lot of the time the reason why couples get into arguments is because they don't know how to properly communicate their feelings. A therapist will be a mediator and help you guys see eye to eye and help you both come to a point where, even if you disagree with one another, you can find common ground.

    How can a resident Physician start short term rentals

    • @NursesToRiches
      @NursesToRiches  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      That's a good question. Resident Physicians are known for regularly working 40 to 60 hours a week while making 50k to 65k per year. So, the best thing you can do now is to do your research on invesrments. Read books written by biggerpockets. Go to their website and join their forums. They are one of the best resources when it comes to real estate investments.
      And, if I were you, I would just keep putting 10 to 15 percent of my earnings into a high-yield savings account until I'm done with residency. By the time you get your medical license you'll be well equipped to buy your first property and could be generating rental income at that point to help you pay off your student loans (if you have any) or supplementing your income as an MD so you can invest in more properties.
      Also, I will see if I can contact any MDs and interview them on my channel.
