In this episode, I had the pleasure to taste Toyo Mukashi 豊昔 of Shogyokuen's tea farm, located in Kyoto. This Matcha is made of the Samidori (さみどり) cultivar, a single cultivar tea.
I really enjoy drinking Toyo Mukashi because of its fantastic flavor and well-balanced body. As I have mentioned in the video, I drink it almost every day, and it is perfect for Usucha, Latte, and as an add-on to a delicious smoothie.
