I initially connected them to the app before my concert yesterday and I tried to connect a few times after the concert without realizing it I did not realize that you need to click twice if you want to connect and see different colours after the first one. Thank You for explaining it.

I forgot to mention! The lightstick does not come with flower petals! I added those myself. [UPDATE: 1] They fixed the video playback issue! You don’t have to download a VPN to watch the videos anymore. Thanks KQ! 🥳 [UPDATE: 2] I want to add subtitles for other languages here. Unfortunately I can only speak one language at the moment. I’ve noticed that a few people from other countries have seen this video. I want to help as many people as possible. So everyone is more than welcome to make their own guides or reupload this one with subtitles.
It’s something inside the light stick that helps it sense movement. That’s how the light stick knows to blink faster when someone shakes it really hard.
That basically just translates to “failed to register light stick”. If you haven’t updated the app, then feel free to do so. But I think in this situation uninstalling and reinstalling the app might help. This video is a bit outdated too. So you don’t really need a vpn for the app to work properly now. (Which is great since those things usually slow your phone down.)

hi i tried connecting my lightstick with the app but at the concert yesterday it wasnt synchronise with everyone i tried deleting my ligthstick from my app and try again but now i cant connect it my app cant find my lightstick… what do i do ?
Sometimes the best thing you can do is delete and then reinstall the app. A lot of concert venues are notorious for having bad wifi which could have been what caused the issue.

I’d try downloading a free vpn. If that doesn’t work then uninstalling and then reinstalling the Lightiny app might help. (It could also be an issue with your internet connection, but I’m not sure.)

@@barilian in the end I got a bit frustrated and after 3 days I went in between globe and lid and lifted it out with my fingernail. Didn’t want to use a knife but really it just was on there way too snug.

It’s been a while since I used mine, but if I remember correctly. You have to cycle through different modes to find the one that does that. I think it’s the one where it’s blinking white slowly. I’ll have to check real quick. I’ll update this comment when I know for sure. EDIT: Basically I was right. There is only one mode where it will blink on and off again really fast, so if it’s on any mode that isn’t that one specifically it’s not going to do that. Also, there seems to be a new firmware update, so it might be good to connect your light stick to your app and update it just in case.
I misspoke, but basically at the time you needed a Korean ip address in order for the app to work. A VPN is a program that lets you use a different ip address. However they fixed the issue a few days after I uploaded this video, so you don’t have to worry about using a VPN anymore. :)

From what I can tell only ATEEZ can control the color of the light sticks. I’ve only ever seen them do it at their concerts. I could be wrong though.

It can be a bit finicky, but there should be a way to close it without a gap. It just takes some practice.

I cannot open the top lid.. like, it twists and I can see that the two bars unlock but it just sticks to the top. 🥺
