- hi guys, this is my 3rd/version-3 review on this amazing fragrance and i have a 2015 batch partial big bottle now with my 2014 50ml bottle, which i own since 2015, so i thought i share my journey with this bad boy which never became boring in my world and is one of my signature scents alongside La nuit, the one edp, pure malt and dunhill icon.and the title means why this fragrance is a MUST BUY and Must stay in my collection always :)

I have a lot of niche fragrances but still DHI is my nr 1 Respect to this Masterpiece
After delaying it for almost a year, I managed to get a 150ml bottle recently and it has become my absolute favorite filling all expectations.
Just bought it. No1 in my collection. A masterpiece.
I am in Love with Dior Homme Intense,it's really a masterpiece .

I have 5 big 100 ml bottles from 2011 to 2013.
Plus the parfum version with leather background. The new one isn’t that bad as well a bit fresher but almost identical.
You're spot on as usual sir, I have an astonishing similar experience I'd say.. My first time smelling it was also in Malaysia, l used it every day there and I'm glad I did. Nothing can preserve memories like a unique fragrance.. When ever I smell Dior homme I'm right back on the beach

The smell of carrots come from the actual ingredient. They use carrot seed oil in this i believe. it is used in perfumery to mix it togheter with iris. iris is very expensive and carrot has similarities and so they combine it to save costs.

Just bought it a week ago in the Cancun, MX airport. Loved it at first sniff and 100% good decision to buy this epic fragrance. I’m still trying to gage projection so I just sprayed it and will see if my beautiful wife says anything. Joy is right, this is a must have in your collection!
I have 2 bottle of this. One from 2009 the very first version of it and the other one is from 2011 the first reformulation version. Love them both but the first one is still the best one with a lot of coco and irish and it is less sweet awsome awsome smell a true masterpiece

I want you to you to go and sniff Azzaro chrome intense and share your opinion about it. I promise that it's way better than the original chrome and it's an overlooked gem for extreme hot summer days. Please do, you won't regret it.
Dior homme is easily the best composition 🤷♂️ it just is plain and simple also the most versatile, I don't get all the craziness over this one its just ok IMO but dior homme and the parfum is good also.
I found out that we have same taste of fragrances....lucky you still have that black rim lidge...

I have a new 100 ml 2013 bottle,it smells amazing
I bought decant of DHI in india at rs. 1150 for 10 ml, its very good but i don't know how youtube reviewers smell just after applying? High class perfume are so potent. I only smell of oils and balm in the initial 10 minutes. Then its magic starts, it smell powderey, woody, Chocolate, and its base note has sandalwood which Indians are very much aware of because of the "chandan tika" they apply on fore head. Projection is around 2 hours and longevity i get is 6-7 hours. You made me buy this perfume and i am satisfied.
You wear perfume for your own happiness, sadly, no one will give compliments in India, not even your own mother. Hahahahhaha

2017 version is very weak... I have but i don't enjoy to much.
Very inspiring
If i could only have 1 fragrance for life this would be it.its so versatile and developps into a whole different dark mysterious aroma.its my signiture scent.longetivity is 12h+ with good projection and a rich scent bubble.
Today I Brought My 2nd Bottle Of Dior Homme Intense 100 ml 2016 Formulation(6R02) For 300 QAR (83 Dollar) from my near by perfume shop. Only 2 bottles of this was left in shelf covered with Dust,Checked the batch code and packing. After confirming the authenticity I grabbed it quickly. I Think this is the wise and best decision which i took in this year 2019 So Far :-)
